We begin the meditation by first placing our awareness on the breath.
We witness the breath,
The inhale,
The exhale.
Noticing the rhythms.
And for some it can be a very consistent rhythm and for others you may sense variations.
But rather than try and force our breath to do anything for us,
We allow our breath to express itself.
And we observe.
Take a few moments quietly to do this.
We observe the breath.
We actively choose to soften and relax any of the areas that we feel there is constriction.
So continue breathing.
Allowing more space where it's needed.
You'll find your physical self in an even deeper state now of relaxation.
Next we allow the sensational gentle and swirling energies within us that feel smooth and focused and very at ease.
We allow these energies to float gently upwards through us.
Going higher and higher.
And as these energies reach around your shoulders or even the top of your head,
You let them like bubbles just pop through that layer of skin and float on by higher and higher in the sky.
And you notice that the sky is this absolutely magnificent blue.
There's not a cloud in sight.
It's clear and it's expansive.
And you feel your mind open up now.
Doors at the top are opening right up.
It's as if your mind becomes one with the sky.
And you allow your mind to float.
Feeling any of the anchors of limited thinking or outgrown beliefs completely dissolve.
All there is is the buoyancy of your mind.
Same blue as the sky.
The same unlimited expanse.
The same confident serenity.
And your mind feels as relaxed as your eyes do when you view a calm ocean.
The ripples of light dancing across the surface.
Your mind enjoys this same peace.
Takes some time to dwell in this beautiful state of tranquility.
Breathing in gently.
Exhaling softly.
Stay with the stillness.
Know that the very frequency of this particular blue has its own healing qualities for you right now.
And as you prepare to slowly land now to the land itself within you,
You're aware that your mind is open and at peace.
As is all of your being.
You get to keep this,
Take it with you.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
