Transcript

Breathing in through the nose,

Holding for three and releasing for three.

We'll do this for a few rounds again.

Breathing in for three,

Holding for three,

Exhaling for three.

Breathing in for three,

Holding on,

Exhaling for three.

And last one,

Breathing in for three,

Holding on for three,

Exhaling for three.

Allowing yourself now to return to normal breath.

That means it just occurs on its own as it always does.

You may wish to choose to actively breathe in through the nose.

And as you start to exhale,

Just breathing normally,

I want you to notice as you're exhaling what wants to be let go within you right now.

So we're just drawing our attention,

Our focus even,

On our awareness of what wants to be let go of.

It may be fear,

It may be anxiety,

It may be uncertainty,

It may be pressures that have been felt.

It may also include releasing frustration,

Anger,

Confusion.

So now as you breathe in and exhale,

Just feel into that and let it go.

Feel it just falling away from you.

Continue to breathe in,

Exhale and clear in this manner,

Particularly the stuff that's around you in your physical space energetically even.

Feel it drift away as if it knows itself that it's no longer welcome or needed.

This energy just detaches,

Dissolves back into pure love.

And you may feel it from being in a close proximity to you.

You may experience it as if it is just above your head or in front of your forehead.

Just noticing what's behind you to let that go as well.

Again letting it transmute back to pure love.

And similarly allow yourself to envisage as if your arms and your legs were jiggling.

Just shaking off any old energies.

And again anything that may in a sense feel as if it is caked on or stuck to you.

Again it's just falling away.

So letting it all go.

Now it's time to feel into the space you've created around you.

Take a moment to enjoy it as you would if you were cooped up in an office all day and then took a walk through the park on your way home.

Noticing the space around you,

The bigger sky,

The trees in the distance,

The room that you have it would feel to really breathe and exist on a greater level.

Feeling into this now.

Notice when we do this that we start to very naturally enter into more of a serene and joyful state without trying.

We recall the beauty that is around us.

We recall the loving energies that are constantly in and around us.

Present in all moments.

We get to take comfort in this truth.

And so now we place our focus on feeling the loving energies that are around us from nature herself,

From the divine,

From others.

Including the love that we also exude that is around our own and in our own energy field.

Feeling into pure love the melange of all of this right now.

And as you do inhale through the nose and take a big exhale out.

As you come back to this truth it's a sigh of relief.

Make it audible even so breathing in and then letting it all go.

Again a small smile is tempting you to embrace it.

It's the smile on the face but it's the smile in the heart,

The smile within.

You may be able to notice the energy moving upward from you.

From even the base chakra up through all the other chakras but certainly all the way up through you.

This lightness wants to rise and rise again.

Allow it to keep flowing upward all the way up through your head up through the top of your crown chakra.

Allow it to float as high as it wants all the way up to source.

And as it does you feel the elevation that is occurring within you on a cellular level.

Even your cells are in their own way ascending.

And now we sit as the witness present to this lightness of being our divine right.

We sit in the space of acknowledging it,

Observing it,

Allow ourselves to sink into deep gratitude simultaneously.

Interestingly we notice the groundedness of self and its relationship to the lightness of our being.

Being in full awareness of the intersections that neither are separate,

That all is connected.

And even now as the mind is in a nice clear state,

Unencumbered,

Free-floating and gentle,

We feel the breath as it continues to enter us,

Softening us even further.

Inviting the breath to go deeper still,

Deeper into our abdomens,

Not pushing,

Simply flowing this.

And we feel the pull of deep calm,

The desire to fall deeply within oneself and to be cradled within our own delightful sanctuary.

You are safe.

You are always loved.

And the divine is always loving,

Supporting,

Protecting and nurturing you.

Come back to this truth and notice how you drop down even another level into deeper calm.

From this space you may find yourself feeling sleepy,

Yet you stay focused on my voice,

Knowing that you can drop into this level of calmness,

Of inner peace.

While still being in an awakened state,

Realizing again that all contrast still connects and can mix.

If your mind goes to wonder,

Just place it gently on the out-breath,

Noticing the out-breath very subtly and bringing that inner gaze back downward to that seat of deep calm where you now reside.

From this space be aware that you are also in connection with your own deep wisdom.

We're not seeking answers right now.

The mind is still having a well-deserved rest.

Our consciousness is aware of our innate wisdom.

We can take comfort in this.

We can take comfort that it continues to guide us as is needed.

We can take comfort that we can tune into it and so find more trust,

More mental peace and tranquility as a result.

So we feel into this wisdom,

Again not looking for answers,

We just feel into it,

Connecting with it again wholeheartedly.

And that the divine is our witness in this moment,

Is present.

It also guides us through this inner guidance system that we know as intuition.

And notice how you feel more of a state of joy rippling through your existence.

You're coming back to your own truth,

Coming back to the truth of who you are,

The truth that you are loved and safe and protected.

The truth that you can connect to your own inner wisdom.

The truth that you can also let go and kindly admit to yourself,

I don't know.

And that is also completely acceptable and completely okay.

The divine knows.

That is all that is needed.

Find yourself softening again as you let yourself off the hook,

Releasing any expectations around what you think you should know.

Returning back to the piece of I don't know,

I trust in the divine.

And again enjoy that wave of peace.

Stay a while longer present to the depth of calm that you are feeling.

The sense of safety.

The feeling of omniscient love.

And when you're ready,

Slowly wiggle toes,

Fingers,

Feeling into your body,

Feeling into your now.

Bringing your awareness back to where it is that you are seated.

And as you slowly open your eyes only when ready,

You bring this existence of peace,

Calm and loving wisdom with you to your present.

Allow it to embody you for the rest of the day,

Evening,

Whole of the week.

Knowing you can tap back into this feeling just by recalling how you felt.
