The goal of this practice is to slowly walk and become mindful of your feet landing on earth and then lifting off. It is both a mindfulness practice and a practice in cultivating concentration. We will practice walking meditation to create a sense of flow and continuity in life to strengthen our ability in making transitions from one task to another and from one phase of life to another.
