Nervous System Regulation - Tapping
This is a grounding practice to help regulate your nervous system when you are feeling anxious. Give yourself some love, tapping on your chest and solar plexus (top of rib cage, right below chest) at the same time. You can reduce your anxiety in the moment and find some calm.
