If you're feeling a little anxious,
Find a quiet place with your feet crossed and just take a deep breath in and a breath out.
Now take your right hand and form a fist with it.
Then slowly start tapping your chest with your knuckles.
Now take your left hand and form a fist and slowly start tapping your solar plexus with your knuckles.
This is the region right below your chest,
The top of your rib cage.
You can start to increase the force of the tapping if you would like.
And now slowly close your eyes as you continue tapping.
And start to notice your breath,
The in and out.
There is no need to make any changes to your breath,
No need to judge.
Simply observe the in and out as you continue tapping.
Notice the cool air with each inhale and the warm air with each exhale.
Continue tapping and you can start to tap with a little more force now if you would like to.
Keep noticing your breath,
The in and out,
The cool air with each inhale,
The warm air with each exhale.
And just stay in this moment tapping and noticing your breath for a few moments longer.
Slowly release your tapping.
Take your focus off your breath and come back to the room around you.
Gently open your eyes.
