Let's get in a little bit of movement.
Find a quiet space,
Either outside or near a window where you have some bright light coming through.
You can place a mat or simply stand directly on the earth,
The ground beneath you and close your eyes.
Feel the soles of your feet and all your toes gripping to that space beneath you and take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Slowly start to make circles with your neck.
Go one way.
Start small and then make the circles bigger.
And now go the other way.
Now simply turn your head from the left to the right,
Left to the right,
Left to the right,
Left and then to the right.
And now go the other way,
Turning your head from the right to the left,
From the right to the left,
Right to the left,
And right to the left.
Now slowly look up and then down.
Look up and then down.
Look up and then down.
And up and then down.
Now slowly start to roll your shoulders back and then front.
Roll them back and then front.
Roll your shoulders back and then front.
Again roll your shoulders back and then front.
Now take your right arm and stretch it all the way up to the sky.
And then gently bend over to the left.
Stretch your right arm out to the left side,
Feeling that stretch all along the side of your right side.
And now slowly straighten up.
Bring your right arm down and lift your left hand up.
Stretch it all the way to the sky.
And then slowly bend yourself over to the right,
Stretching your left hand,
The entire arm over to your right side,
And feeling that stretch in your left side.
And now slowly come back to center and bring your left arm down.
And just shake it off.
Shake your entire body,
Shake your arms,
Shake your legs,
Move your hips.
And take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And bow to the universe.
Namaste.
