Beautiful nature-centered practice. Peaceful, grounding & expansive. I felt deeply connected to interbeing with nature. Namaste. 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏼🌳💚✨

A beautifully simple breathing-focused practice with such a soothing voice & music. Really helped me drop into presence. For the first time in days, my nervous system calmed down. I really liked the closing gratitude to myself & the several seconds of outro music to just sit with the practice at the end. Thank you! Will follow & repeat. Namaste. 🙏🏼🧘🏻‍♀️🕉️☮️✨🌸

I found the teacher’s voice soothing and supportive. I was really amazed at how much the shh sound on my exhalation helped to elongate it. Many thanks for offering this calming and helpful meditation.

I expect so much out of my body. I’m learning to be grateful for everything it does for me. Thank you for your words and this gentle reminder.

I sit in the Morning sunshine next to an ancient Ponderosa pine tree. I now feel an even greater connection to her, through your words. Thank you.
