Find a comfortable seated position.

Begin to deepen your breath.

Allow the weight of the body to release on the earth.

Allowing yourself to be held and supported in this moment.

Feel the solid support of the earth under your body and slowly surrender into this moment.

Letting the weight of the body release on the earth.

Connect to this ancient body of life below your body.

Allow your energy to draw down your tailbone into the center of the earth.

Allow yourself to feel held by mama earth.

And now as you inhale withdraw that energy from the center of the earth all the way up and allow it to come into your body through your spine.

Feeling that deep connection to this moment and to the earth.

Now bring your attention to your belly as you continue to breathe deeply.

Notice how your belly expands on inhale allowing your abdominal muscles to relax.

And now notice the natural inclination of your spine to lengthen up as you breathe in.

Finding that lightness of being connected,

Grounded and light.

The energy flowing upward.

And now notice the natural inclination of your body to release and let go on the exhale.

If there's anything in your awareness or your body or your mind or emotions that could feel heavy,

Give yourself permission in this moment to let go.

To relieve yourself of that tension a little bit by exhaling.

Inviting your body in this moment to relax,

To let go,

To surrender into this moment and become more still and more present here.

Allow the deep breathing to go now and hold your awareness at the belly as your body finds its own natural rhythm to breathe.

Nothing to do,

Just allowing your body to find its perfect rhythm to breathe.

And bring your attention now to your heart.

From your heart space,

Accepting this moment as it is.

Opening your heart to your life as it is.

Accepting yourself as you are in this moment.

And notice your attention drawn in and more connected inward in this moment.

Notice how it feels to receive this moment as it is.

Notice how it feels to be more withdrawn inward and more present.

Moving slower from within.

Thank yourself for this moment of reconnection and send yourself so much love,

All the love you might desire.

And set an intention for the rest of your day and plant it in your heart.
