Shannon completed her 250 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Toronto (2020). She began her journey into mindfulness in recent years to help with her own stress and anxiety. Shannon is constantly looking for ways to deepen her own practice and teachings of yoga and meditation. She is passionate about sharing the power of breathwork and mindfulness as an effective means of improving health and well-being. She also has 40 hours of Mental Health Sensitivity & Foundational Trauma Informed Yoga Training.

When I woke up I felt quite tired, but after doing this meditation of mindful breathing I've noticed upon opening my eyes that I felt energised and awake, and ready for the day. Thank you for a great way to start the day!
