From wherever you are,

Begin to close your eyes.

Let's take one deep breath in and a big sigh out,

Settling into your seat.

Draw your focus to your breath.

Nice and soft,

Easy breath.

Feel the belly expand on the inhale and gently soften as you exhale.

Feel the breath move through your entire body,

Letting it create a sense of relaxation and stillness.

With each inhale,

Allow yourself to fill up.

On the exhale,

Imagine your muscles softening.

Feel your body sinking heavier into the ground.

Soften the space between your eyes.

Gently shake out your jaw and let it relax.

Continue with your natural breath here,

Breathing in relaxation.

Taking out any tension,

Making space for the new by letting go of the old.

Inhale and exhale.

With the intention of letting go,

I invite you to reflect on the past week,

The past year.

Take whatever you need from it and let the rest go.

Let go of anything toxic you've been holding onto.

What do you want to release from your life?

What limiting beliefs do you want to be free of?

Release what is no longer serving you so that you can create space for all that is about to happen.

Inhale,

Notice what thoughts come up,

Stay present.

Exhale,

Let it all go.

If you notice tension or tightness in the body,

Use your inhale to deepen the breath.

Feel the expansion and use your exhale to soften and surrender.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Releasing anything that may feel stuck or holding you down.

Bring your awareness to the physical sensations in your body,

Especially where your body meets the earth.

Inhale into these sensations.

On the exhale,

Feel yourself let go,

Releasing your muscles and allowing yourself to sink deeper into the ground.

Without changing how you feel,

Observe your body just as it is.

On your next deep inhale,

I invite you to repeat the following mantra to yourself.

I now let go of what no longer serves me.

I release it to create space for what inspires me.

On the inhale,

I now let go of what no longer serves me.

On the exhale,

I release it to create space for what inspires me.

Continue with this mantra on your own.

Keep breathing.

The most important way to start breathing is strongly in your hands.

You You You You As we near the end of this meditation take a moment to wake up your body and mind Deep inhale and big sigh on the exhale One more time inhale Let it go Feel free to take this mantra with you into your day I Now let go of what no longer serves me I Release it to create space for what inspires me Gently open your eyes and give yourself a light stretch to bring you back to your day And thank you for your practice I hope this brings you a little bit of peace Namaste You
