In a world that constantly pushes for more, for improvement, and staying on top of everything, it's easy to become overstimulated and overwhelmed. This meditation is a reminder that sometimes giving 70% instead of 110% is perfectly okay. It involves letting go of the pursuit of perfection and releasing the pressure of expectations and the pressure to be at a specific point in life.
