Energize,
And feel connected to your beautiful self.
No matter what time of day or where you are,
Invite this in often.
To begin,
Let's take a breath and settle to be right here.
Breathing in,
I feel bright,
Bold,
And balanced.
I am a beautiful being.
I relax into who I am,
Refreshed,
Recognizing that I'm always doing my best.
I release everything that's not serving me well.
Inhaling,
I feel energized and excited for this moment,
For this day.
I feel empowered,
Knowing that I'll never be exempt from doing the hard work,
Yet there are so many moments of enjoyment.
I'm aware,
Awake,
Alive,
And appreciative.
I allow life to unfold,
Staying connected to my strengths,
To the virtues that keep me true to my best and highest self.
Like an archer,
I stand tall and I tune in to my target.
My target that feeds my sense of joy and warmheartedness,
That keeps me inspired and in flow.
I trust my innate intelligence to know what's true and right for me,
Moment to moment.
My heroic heart guides in how I feel,
What I see,
How I think,
And how I act.
Love is my compass.
Kindness is my key.
Happiness begins with me.
