Welcome to the self-care moment.
I'm so glad that you're here.
Today we're going to be working with lifting our vibrational energy,
Raising the vibration of which we feed the field both inside and outside of ourselves.
I don't know about you but the day can get pretty sticky sometimes,
Especially when there's a lot of interruptions or things just change.
And while I move with those changes,
Sometimes I just want to shift them right away.
I know that how I'm showing up,
My energy field is just a little too heavy.
So this technique of vibrational lifting can help to move us into a higher vibration so that we're feeding the field with the qualities that we truly wish to bring forth.
So take a moment now and notice what you're feeling stressed about,
Worried about,
Upset,
Overwhelmed.
Maybe there's something that's been drawing in a feeling sense of impatience,
Agitation,
Whatever it is for you.
That feeling or attitude that we just don't want to be there anymore.
That we want to change because we know it's not how we are or how we want to be in this moment.
So as we move to vibrationally lifting,
We'll take a few minutes now to be quiet.
With each breath,
Imagining our mind,
Our emotions,
And our body getting still inside.
Really getting quiet.
That energy of frustration,
Worry,
Or agitation,
Or just pleasing that down.
Coming in to a sense of stillness.
From this place of stillness,
Imagine the kind of caring feeling or attitude that you'd like to have.
That would have you feeling less stressed,
More self-secure,
More of that higher vibration that represents what you truly like to bring to this moment.
As you breathe,
Imagine you're breathing this new feeling or attitude into your whole being.
Allowing it to flow through all of you.
Through your mind,
Through your emotions,
Through your body.
Breathe this replacement feeling or attitude in for a few minutes so that we anchor it in.
It has that opportunity to shift,
To lift our vibrational field.
As we close our practice today,
Offering yourself a gentle smile.
A smile of appreciation for the practice of lifting your vibration.
And not to worry if it felt like it didn't work.
Just the simple fact that you're here,
Putting it out there.
It's already working.
Keep practicing.
