I am more than enough.
I don't need to change for anyone or anything.
The gifts I offer by being myself are exactly what's needed.

Even though there are so many pieces to my personal puzzle,
I am whole and complete.
I honor all of the paths I've taken,
Grateful for their gifts.
I look ahead and know I'll be good,
That my life will continue to transform,

Partnered with zest for life and authentic perspective of what's truly needed.
I look forward to learning more about the everyday joys and to feel excited meeting the freshness of each day.

Clean water,

Forgiveness of and ease with others who trigger me is becoming a more familiar practice.
I feel nourished with a sense of gratitude by my growth edges.

Doing so with love and kindness.
Even though it's sometimes difficult,
