Feeling the sun on my face, I drink in the warmth of the potential of today. As I listen to the birds singing, They encourage me to express myself as I am in this wonderful life. Feeling the ground underneath my feet, I know that no matter what, I'm supported by big, Strong Gaia energy. A gentle breeze enlivens the condition of my heart and has me excited for all the possibilities of the day. I wonder what I'll discover. A smile uplifts my face and flows with love and kindness through my whole body, Bringing a deep sense of ease and presence. I am right here. This is a beautiful day. This is a fabulous moment. What a gift I've been given. Let me drink it all in and smile broadly and brightly with deep gratitude and appreciation.
