We've all had mornings when we've woken up and things were just,

You know,

Sort of blah.

We felt a little bit off,

Maybe even a little bit cranky.

It definitely wasn't how we wanted to approach the day.

And when we listened,

There was a quiet message of encouragement to take a moment,

To turn that around.

Fantastic.

Because truly,

I have found that it only takes a minute to reset my mindset and my heartset so that the opportunity for a much better day exists.

In this moment,

Give yourself the grace of a few deep breaths.

Breaths that penetrate all parts of your body,

Your heart,

And your mind.

It's as if you're in a big bubble of breath and everything within you gets opened up to release.

As you breathe in,

There's a light,

A golden light,

A beautiful golden light that penetrates every cell of who you are.

And as you breathe out that gray,

Misty,

Convoluted fog,

It just dissipates.

It leaves with ease.

It drifts away.

It's all part of that beautiful letting go.

Now,

As you breathe in,

Breathe in some aspect of being that you'd like to have lead your way today.

Perhaps it's a level of patience or generosity,

Kindness in your thoughts,

Ease in your demeanor.

Maybe it's a level of sensibility and discernment.

Or just a focus of,

Hey,

You know,

I just want to be with what is.

Not engaging in the rushing habit of life.

Take a moment to briefly look in today's future activities.

What would be the best part of you to bring forth for everything that you have on your calendar,

For the people that you're going to be meeting,

For the situations that you'll probably encounter?

How would you like to show up as your best self with ground and stability and energy and a level of presence that feels heartfelt?

Give yourself some moments to imagine and bring all of that in,

Breathing this energy into the wholeness of who you are in your perfect bubble of being.

And however it is that you choose to show up today,

Know that it's already there within you.

It's not outside of you.

It doesn't need a lot of cultivation.

It's already right there.

When we turn our attention towards what we wish,

What we want,

It helps to draw it in with ease and grace,

With a smile,
