We're constantly experiencing change.
It's part of life and everyday situations.
Whether it's macro change,
Things that are out of our control,
Or smaller micro changes that are more at our fingertips.
Either way,
We can feel a level of shakiness in the uncertainty of how to navigate forward.
What we need to do,
How we can take care of ourselves amidst and with this change.
One thing I know is that how we attend to this moment helps to make a difference in all of the future moments.
So I invite you to come into a stable,
Grounded,
Supportive posture.
Relaxing your belly and receiving the breath.
And as you exhale,
Allowing a deeper,
Slower exhalation.
We'll begin the process of simply letting go.
Letting go to be right here in a more grounded,
Essence-filled sense.
And as you breathe,
Feel the breath expanding,
Creating spaciousness within you.
Noticing the tingling,
The tightness,
The shakiness that you might feel that comes with a level of uncertainty and change.
And we breathe into all of that.
And as we exhale,
Softly letting it down,
Putting it down.
Letting go of the grip,
Of the queasiness,
Of the tightness that's been created with that energy of uncertainty.
Breathing in,
Creating space in our eyes,
In our ears,
In our jaw.
Gently,
Softly putting down all of the thoughts and the worries.
As we breathe in,
Breathe into the heart,
Feeling and touching the safety of the heart and the wisdom that's right there.
Breathing into the supportive spine,
The open belly,
The stability of your seat.
Breathing in and open up the connective tissue down your legs,
Into your feet,
Connecting with Mother Earth.
She's always there supporting.
She's always there to provide a sense of ground,
Safety,
Stability.
As you breathe in,
Breathe her in.
Breathe in,
Breathe her in.
And breathe in her support,
Her strength,
Her ever presence.
Breathe in her balance,
The level of ease that she constantly brings to every moment.
Breathe in her ground,
Her safety,
Her security.
Breathing in all of these elements of Mother Earth,
Remembering that all of her elements are part of you,
Always here.
As you feel the feet on the floor,
Imagine yourself wrapping deeply within her energy,
Being completely held,
Completely supported,
Being hugged by her goodness,
Her lightness,
And love.
And with a sense of ground and stability and safety,
Knowing that any of the changes that are taking place,
That are taking place,
Any of that uncertainty and shakiness that's felt,
That there's solid earth ground,
That her footing is always secure.
And placing a gentle smile,
Allowing that smile to filter down your body and fully encompass Mother Earth.
A smile of gratitude and appreciation for all the gifts received,
For all the support,
For all the love,
For all the support.
Feeling the blessing and the gift.
And with a big exhalation,
Opening your eyes if they've been closed,
And continuing to move on with your day.
