Concentration can sometimes feel impossible. With this simple technique you can drastically increase focus and attention. The more often you practice it, the stronger this quick focus method works. Students in classes have experienced the benefits of this type of simple method. Practice 1-3 times a day throughout the day and see the difference. Enjoy!

Hi there everyone.

Thank you so much for joining me here.

This time what we're going to spend time on is probably the fastest ultra-biped mindfulness that I do with my students.

This one's going to be about a minute long.

So let's get started.

Focus on your shoulders.

Just get really clear about where they are.

Pull them down just a little bit.

Alright.

Now I want you to pay attention to the air flowing in and out of your nose.

Very good.

No need to count the breaths.

Just pay attention to the air flowing in and out.

Alright.

Great.

And now what I want you to do is pick something very close to you.

Let's say the palm of your hand.

And see if you can notice as much as you can about an area about the size of a dime.

Alright.

And that's it.

That is ultra-brief mindfulness.

Super fast.

Great way for breaking you out of whatever emotional whirlwind you might be in.

Also really good at getting your focus back on task.

So use it however you'd like.
