Hey and greetings good friends.
I'm Shane Snipes and today we're going to go through another ultra-breathe mindfulness activity.
This one will only be about three minutes,
So let's get started.
First thing you want to do is notice how you're sitting or standing or lying down.
Just take note of it.
Look through your body for a minute.
Notice where your arms and legs are,
How your body is positioned.
Just notice it.
All right,
Now that you've taken note of your position,
Let's focus our attention on to our breath.
How you breathe isn't so important as just noticing what your breath is actually doing.
How is it moving?
How quickly is it moving?
How deep is it?
Relax and let your natural breath come forward.
There's no need to control that.
Now that you have let your natural breath flow for a minute,
Very quickly take note of the sensations around your scalp and head.
How does it feel?
What sensations are there?
Try not to place a judgment on those sensations and simply notice them.
As we close out this brief meditation,
Remember it's more about the quality of what you bring to your meditation than the length of that time.
Every day is better than once a month,
So keep track of the number of times and the frequency,
Not so much the length of time that you spend with it.
Thank you so much for spending time with me on this brief meditation.
Go out,
Create peace in the world.
