This morning I want to combine a couple of different techniques together.

I'm going to use a sound bath while we're doing our body scan.

Sound baths are really interesting ways of adding a layer of impact.

So as we do the body scan,

I'll be talking about big chunks of the body today,

Not small pieces.

So as you flow along your body scan,

We'll be pausing a lot to let these sounds wash over us.

Make sure you check out the description for this particular audio.

Let's start at the very top of our head.

Get yourself centered and focused there.

Now observe your entire scalp.

Your entire face.

Your neck.

Your shoulders.

Your upper arms.

Your lower arms.

Your hands.

Your back.

Your chest and stomach.

Your upper legs.

Your lower legs.

Your feet.

And so we've completed full body scan and washed our body with sound.
