Close your eyes and take a nice deep breath into your chest.

Again.

Feel all the tension behind your eyes,

Your mind chatter,

All the hard work you've been doing.

Just allow it to be re-oxygenated as you close your eyes and take a moment just for you.

To reboot,

Feel your shoulders relax,

Your stomach relax,

Your sitz bones relax.

As the breath brings you into this moment,

This moment of re-energizing.

Just allowing the breath to bring you back,

Back to peace.

Back to clarity.

Back to this moment right now.

Take a nice deep breath filling your whole chest cavity with air.

Oxygenating every part of your being.

Moving up into your brain,

Down through your chest and out your limbs.

Feeling vibrant,

Feeling truly awake,

Feeling excited about this journey of life.

Feeling so focused and empowered like you can do anything.

Feeling that breath,

Breathing in that life force that is always available to you.

Every second of every minute of every day.

Using your breath to reawaken as well as to relax and let go.

Set an intention for the rest of your day.

To be clear,

To be present,

To be connected,

To be open,

To allow divine guidance to flow through you easily and effortlessly.

This is your day,

This is your moment.

Open your eyes.

It's time.
