This meditation is focused on the affirmation,
I am safe.
Take a nice deep breath in and say to yourself,
I am safe.
And as I speak,
I want you to quietly breathe in your nose and out your mouth.
And as you breathe into your nose,
You're breathing in that affirmation,
I am safe.
And as you exhale,
Either out your mouth or out your nose,
Whatever is more comfortable for you.
That affirmation is flowing out of your body and surrounding you.
It's creating a bubble all around you of safety,
Of protection,
Of love and light.
Breathing in,
I am safe.
And see yourself surrounded in this beautiful bubble that is both transparent and gloriously colorful.
You are safe here.
This is a place of peace.
Breathing in,
Feeling that affirmation throughout your whole body,
Allowing you to relax internally and externally.
I am safe.
Scan your body for any places where you might be holding tension.
Maybe it's in your heart chakra.
Perhaps it's in your lower abdomen or your back.
Breathe into this space and allow that tension to dissolve in this bubble,
Your bubble of protection,
Of safety,
Of security,
Where you are being held,
Supported and loved.
Nice,
Deep breath into your body.
I am safe.
Allow yourself to float in this ecstasy of space,
Knowing that no one can hurt you,
That you are supported,
That life and the universe supports you and that you are always safe.
