Take a nice deep breath in.
Inhale and exhale.
And in your next inhalation,
I want you to feel the breath coming into your body and breaking up the anxiety that you're feeling into little particles that can float away.
Breathing in and exhale.
Identify where in your body you feel anxiety.
Maybe it's your thoughts.
You can't stop them swirling around,
Pecking at you,
Making you feel nervous,
Worried,
Afraid.
Breathe into your brain.
Right through your third eye,
Located in between your eyebrows.
And exhale out the top of your head.
I have safe thoughts.
Allow that breath that's coming in through your third eye to be like a wind.
A gentle,
Loving wind that's blowing all of those thoughts away.
My mind is at peace.
When I have a thought,
It is loving and kind.
Breathing into your third eye and exhaling out the top of your head.
Check in with the rest of your body,
With your throat.
Breathe into the center of your throat and exhale out the top of your head.
Pay attention to your shoulders.
Is there tension or anxiety there?
Breathe into your shoulders and allow them to just sink down and relax.
You are safe here.
Breathing into the middle of your chest.
Allow the breath to expand like circles rippling out in the water,
Starting in the center of your chest and rippling outward and upward and downward.
With peace,
With relaxation.
If you feel any tension in your body,
Allow it to drain down your spine.
Imagine that your spine is a pipe and at the bottom,
At the base of your spine,
It's open.
Imagine all of the tension,
Anxiety,
Stress,
Confusion is flowing easily and effortlessly out of your being.
Take a nice deep breath into your heart space and allow that peace to ripple out and through your whole being.
You are so safe in this space.
Allow your mind and your body to simply let go.
If a thought arises,
Allow it to exhale it out the top of your head.
And if you feel any tension in your body,
Simply flow it through your spine and down into the sacred earth,
Which will lovingly accept it and transmute it.
This moment is for you to feel utterly calm,
Completely at peace.
Safe,
Protected,
Loved.
Nice deep breath into the center of your chest and feel any energies that no longer need to be here,
Falling away,
Rippling out,
Leaving you in a space of grace,
Of stillness.
Feeling completely clear and totally relaxed.
