Check in on your posture.
The spine is long,
Your shoulders are relaxed,
And your hands rest comfortably in your lap.
Allow your eyes to soften gently,
Or just have a very gentle,
Soft gaze.
Take a moment to arrive in this space,
This moment.
As you settle into stillness,
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel the cool air enter your nostrils,
Filling your lungs,
Expanding your ribcage,
And the warm air leaving your body.
Observe without changing anything.
Visualize the morning sun outside.
Imagine its soft,
Golden rays streaming through the window,
Filling your room and touching your skin.
See the sunlight as a gentle,
Warming energy,
A natural force of awakening and revitalization.
Allowing the sunlight to enter your body with the next breath.
Visualize it moving through you,
Filling every cell and every corner of your being,
From your head to your heart,
And your heart down to your toes.
Feel this beautiful light awakening your senses,
Shaking off sleepiness,
And infusing you with the vitality and promise of a new day.
As you bask in this energy,
Turn your attention inward to your heart center,
Maybe even placing your hands on your heart.
Take a moment just to connect.
Think of something you're grateful for in this moment.
Maybe it's a person,
A situation,
Your health,
A pet,
Or even the very breath that sustained you.
Let this feeling of gratitude bloom like a flower in your heart as its petals spread wide.
Hold on to this sense of gratitude,
Allowing it to infuse your morning light with positivity and let it radiate through your entire being.
Experience it lifting your spirit,
Imbuing your day with optimism and joy.
Envision your day ahead.
See yourself moving through your tasks and interactions with ease and calmness.
See the smile on your face,
And the light that radiates from you.
Picture yourself overcoming challenges with grace,
Achieving your goals with determination.
