Simple, comforting, and relaxing. No music, a soft beginning bell, and then my soft-spoken voice gently inviting you to allow yourself to let go of thought and holding tensions, noticing sensations and my voice becoming quieter and whispered to help you drift to sleep. Simple, comforting, and relaxing.

The time has come to just settle down into your warm,

Cosy bed.

To shake off your day and to find rest.

So pull your duvet over you for a giant duvet cuddle.

And allow your body to soften.

Allow it to relax.

Allow your body to feel heavy and sink into your beautiful bed.

Take a breath in and sigh out your day.

Take a breath in and let that out.

And another breath in and sigh,

Let it all out.

Allow yourself to just feel heavier and heavier into your bed.

The time has come to stop doing.

To stop thinking.

From doing and thinking to simply just being and breathing.

To stop being soft and surrendering into the still of the night.

The darkness of the sky.

The twinkling of the stars.

And the moon.

To see you as you sleep.

Trust in her.

Trust in the darkness.

Trust in the space.

Feel the night with her embracing arms welcoming you in.

Welcome you into this space to just breathe and be.

Rest and heal.

Allow your body to surrender to this beautiful night.

Allow your body to let go.

Soften.

Relax.

Let go.

Relax your face.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your tongue.

Allow your eyelids to be soft.

To cover your eyes.

To allow your eyes to rest deeply.

Relax your eyebrows and the brow of your forehead.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your shoulders.

Your arms.

And your hands.

Relax the palms and your fingers.

Feel yourself melt into your beautiful bed.

Relax your hips,

Your legs,

Your feet,

Your soles of your feet,

Your toes.

Feel your whole body let go.

Feel the weight of your body into your bed as you surrender to this beautiful night.

This beautiful night's sleep.

Where you can rest,

Let go and heal.

Soften.

Relax.

Let go.

Allow your body to melt.

Allow yourself to feel held.

To feel safe.

To feel supported.

Let go my friend.

Relax.

Feel held.

Feel safe.

Feel supported.

Soften into this bed.

Feel the heaviness of your body as you rest.

Allow yourself to relax.

Allow yourself to rest.

Allow yourself to let go.

Surrender to this beautiful night.

Relax your back.

Relax your pelvis.

Feel your belly rise and fall gently with every breath.

Feel your breath slow,

Relaxed.

Feel yourself drifting away.

Sleep well dear friend.

Your voice is so relaxing and soothing Sue! I have fell asleep to this the past few nights and I still haven’t made it to the end of the recording! It’s nice to try one with just your voice too as I normally always use one with music so it’s good to have something different. β€οΈπŸ’€πŸ₯°
