Ok Kids :) Play Time!

This short and simple meditation is for any parent wanting a gentle voice to offer their child (or children) to help motivate them to appreciate play and the outdoors in any season (taking into account COVID safety). This recording is intended to benefit children of all ages by giving them a purposeful path to associate play time with happiness, gratitude, curiosity and relaxation.
