It is my belief that with more loving kindness,
This world would completely change to one that's more balanced,
More equal and fair for everyone.
And so that's why I created this meditation so that we can all vibrate on this frequency,
So we can all create a better world together.
Whenever you are ready,
Find a comfortable place where you can relax and let go of the world for at least 10 minutes.
You can sit with your back straight or lay down with your arms by your sides and just give yourself permission to relax,
Give yourself permission to let go and begin to focus on your breathing.
And follow along as the oxygen spreads through your body.
Imagine it going to every cell of your body,
Every muscle,
Helping your body to relax more and more.
Notice how gravity keeps your body grounded onto the earth.
Know that you are safe and protected throughout this entire meditation.
Allow any thoughts,
Any feelings,
Any emotions to rise to the surface.
Acknowledge everything and imagine it floating away like a leaf down a river.
And now that you are completely relaxed,
Imagine everything around you fades away.
And take a moment to feel your heart,
To focus your awareness on your heart space.
Imagine your heart space becoming more and more clear,
Feeling more and more connected to love.
Forgive yourself for anything that you need to.
And imagine the energy in your heart begins to build up more and more.
This feeling of love gets stronger and stronger.
Now imagine yourself somewhere you feel safe,
You feel relaxed.
And hone into this environment.
What does it feel like to be here?
And as you settle into this environment,
Imagine a guide begins to appear to you on your left.
It could be anyone or anything that you symbolize as love,
As real love.
Who or what do you see as a true symbol of love?
And imagine them appearing to your left.
And now to your right,
Someone or something that symbolizes kindness to you.
It could be anyone or anything.
And just see them appearing as their energy of kindness extends out to you,
As your kindness extends out to them.
Imagine connecting more and more with these beings that symbolize love and kindness.
And imagine all three of you create almost like a pyramid of energy.
Begin to imagine someone appearing in front of the three of you,
In front of you,
And the love and the kindness.
Just imagine somebody who needs this love and this kindness the most.
And imagine the energy that the three of you are creating.
You the love and the kindness beams out and connects with this person.
Imagine how it feels for them.
Notice their expression beginning to change.
Imagine how their life will be different now that they have this love and kindness.
I'm going to repeat these affirmations and imagine saying these with me to this person that needs the love and kindness.
May you be filled with love.
May you be filled with kindness.
May you be loving and kind with yourself.
May you be loving and kind with others.
And now allow that person to fade away and to live their own life.
And imagine in their place the world begins to appear.
You can see this as a small globe or you can see this any other kind of way.
What's important is that this symbolizes everything and everyone on the planet.
Imagine you,
This love and this kindness next to you beam out and connect with the world.
Imagine this loving kindness extending out to the whole world,
Everyone and everything in it.
Imagine everyone's expression changing.
What would this world be like if everyone really felt this love and kindness and began to express it to themselves and others?
I now repeat these affirmations and imagine saying them to this world,
To everyone in it.
May you be filled with love.
May you be filled with kindness.
May you be loving and kind with yourself.
May you be loving and kind with others.
And now imagine that the world fades away.
Take a moment to feel this love and this kindness for yourself.
What can you do with more love and kindness?
How would your life be if you could feel it more for yourself and others?
And now imagine any guides next to you fading away,
The environment that you're in fading away.
And as you reconnect to your breathing,
You draw yourself back into the room where you started the meditation.
And reconnecting to all your physical sensations.
Whenever you're ready to come back,
Wiggle your toes and fingers.
Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale.
Gently open your eyes and come back from the meditation.
