Hello and welcome.
Grab a book that interests you from the shelf,
Relax in a cozy space along with imagination,
And enjoy a story filled with adventure in this guided meditation.
And when I say grab a book that interests you,
We're gonna do that in a minute inside of our imagination.
But for right now,
Just relax wherever you are.
If you can,
Close your eyes and just begin to sink down into this moment and into this meditation.
Take a deep inhale,
Allow yourself to relax.
Exhale when you're ready and think about what are some things that have been on your mind recently.
Allow yourself to let them go just for right now.
Right now you are focusing on your body and how it feels to breathe.
Drawing all of your awareness into this moment right now.
Feel any tension,
Any stress melting away.
Any puddle that those turn into,
Start to evaporate as a beautiful and warm light shines above you.
Imagine there's a warm and divine light shining down that helps you to let go and transform that puddle into something completely new.
See yourself inside of some warm cozy area like a library.
Somewhere with rows and rows and rows of shelves with all kinds of interesting books.
As you walk about this area you notice plenty of comfortable areas that you could easily just grab a book and settle down and read for a while.
But first you feel yourself being called toward a certain area.
You become aware of a sense that some epic adventure is about to begin.
Naturally you walk right up to a book and one of the many rows of shelves full of books.
This particular one has a very intriguing cover with different colors maybe different textures.
When you're ready,
Respectfully reach for the book and when you have it safely find a nice place that you can cozy up for a while.
Once you settle in,
Open up that book and imagine yourself diving into that reality.
On the other side you find yourself waking up from a bed somewhere that you've never seen before.
Maybe there's a mirror near the bed and you notice that you are now a character from that book,
From that adventure book.
Notice everything around you.
What era are you in?
What kind of clothing or bedding are you under or in?
Look around,
Do you see any clues as to who you are,
As to who this character might be?
Imagine that this character will play out through this story almost like a first-person movie and you are the observer as you get to observe everything happening.
Maybe sometimes there's a narrator in the beginning of some of the chapters or perhaps there are some cuts between different scenes,
Different settings,
Instead of just one long continuous scene.
Allow yourself to have your own experience here and enjoy it.
Let your imagination just go free.
Continue to breathe and imagine this story playing out.
As this character you're playing goes about their story,
Imagine that they might be a character you resonate with.
Maybe you appreciate their standards or even their flaws,
But observe and notice what do they do as they go about this story.
See this story progress through the middle and up to the juicy part of the story right before it ends.
This is the climax part of the story.
Usually characters work out their certain flaws,
They find their purpose,
They find confidence in that,
And ultimately they reach a new level.
Observe the climax of this story.
After there's a final part that's a little more relaxed right before the movie ends,
Right before the story is finished.
This is the part where resolution and looking forward to new stories and new experiences come to the characters.
So think about that.
What resolutions,
What new stories or new experiences might be on the horizon?
You can stay here in this meditation for as long as you need,
But if you're ready to come back,

Feel yourself coming back into your physical body.
Take a deep inhale and hold it for a moment.
Exhale fully and open your eyes.
