Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Focus on your breathing.
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling your lungs expand.
Hold it for a moment.
Now exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension in your body.
Let's do this two more times.
Inhale deeply,
Hold and exhale slowly.
One more time.
Inhale,
Hold and exhale.
Feel your body begin to relax and your mind become clear.
A new morning.
A new you.
As you breathe naturally,
Repeat silently or softly to yourself,
I am confident.
I am capable.
I am ready for today.
Picture yourself moving through your day with ease and purpose.
See yourself speaking,
Acting and thinking with confidence.
Visualize your goals being accomplished one step at a time.
Feel the energy of success flowing through you.
Let the vision fill you with a sense of certainty and calm strength.
Take a deep breath in all the way to your belly,
Chest and release.
Now bring to mind one thing you are grateful for this morning.
It could be the warmth of your bed,
The sunlight or the opportunity of a fresh start.
Take a moment to set an intention for your day.
Say to yourself,
Today I will approach everything with confidence and positivity.
Take one final deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with energy and light.
Hold it for a moment.
And as you exhale,
Let go of any doubt or negativity.
It's time to step in to your most confident self.
When you are ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes.
Smile.
