Welcome to this short morning meditation on building confidence throughout your whole day.
Find a comfortable place either laying in your bed or sitting,
Whatever feels comfortable for you.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
And feel the morning.
Feel yourself waking up to a brand new day.
This is your day.
It's all yours.
Take a moment to feel grateful for another beautiful day.
To stand up with confidence.
To follow your dreams.
To follow your heart.
Like a beautiful empty canvas,
You can color it in with whatever you want.
It's your choice.
It's your choice how you're going to be today,
Who you are going to be today.
And know from the bottom of your heart that you are perfect just the way you are.
You are capable of achieving anything you want.
Of achieving anything you want.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Start focusing on your breathing.
With every inhalation,
Feel the power,
The light going through your whole body.
Filling you up with energy and confidence.
And with every exhalation,
Feel the uncertainty,
The self-doubt leave your body.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth and let go.
You are completely in control of your breathing.
You are completely in control of your dreams.
You are completely in control of your day.
Take a deep breath in.
Fill your body up with confidence and light.
The power going through your whole body.
And breathe out.
Let go of all the self-doubt and fear and worry.
Feel your body relax more and more with every breath you take.
And now with the inhalation,
We're going to hold for four seconds.
Take a deep breath in.

Two,
One.
Let go.
Feel the tension leave your body.

Fill your body full of love and light,
Energy and confidence.

You are here on a brand new day.
You are here alive.
You have the power within you.

Just like anyone else,
To go for your dreams,
To achieve what you want.
You are perfect just the way you are from the moment you were born.

And feel your body being more and more relaxed,
Feeling more confident in its breathing and feeling peaceful.
And from this state of mind,
You can make better choices that are aligned with your heart,
With your soul.
