Welcome to this new meditation on gaining confidence.
First of all,
Find a good position,
Either laying down or sitting on your bed.
Whatever feels good to you.
Whenever you're ready,
Close your eyes.
And just feel how your body is feeling.
Does your body feel tense?
Stressed?
Relaxed?
Just observe without judgment.
Whatever you're feeling,
It's alright.
It's okay.
Don't judge it.
Just observe.
Feeling good enough about yourself can be a struggle for a lot of people.
You're not alone.
I want you to take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And just observe your body.
Which part feels tense?
Just go to that part and breathe through it.
Feel it.
Feel it.
And tell it everything's gonna be alright.
I love you.
Accepting every part of your body.
Accepting every part of your life where you are right now.
Feeling confident is a lot about accepting,
Embracing.
Even though you're not where you want to be.
Growth in confidence,
In life,
Has everything to do with accepting where you are at this moment.
And just breathe through it.
And let go.
Your body is very smart.
And it knows exactly what you're going through.
Your body is the tool to come back to alignment and acceptance.
So wherever you feel tension or stress or not good about yourself,
Give it love and breathe to that part.
With every inhalation,
That light come in to that part.
And with every exhalation,
Let go of the stress that you're holding in this part.
Take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
From the moment you're born,
You're a bundle of love and light.
You're divine.
This is who you really are.
Everything else is conditioned.
Everything else is made up in the mind through experiences or belief system or programming.
Your pure essence is love and light towards yourself and towards the world.
You are love.
You are pure.
And you're everything you need to be.
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of kindness from yourself and from others.
But the only thing you can control is the love you give towards yourself.
The kindness you give towards yourself.
So wherever you are,
It doesn't matter on which journey you are,
Give yourself love and kindness.
You are perfect just the way you are.
Just by breathing,
Being in your amazing body that serves you every day.
Your body that wakes up in the morning ready to serve you.
Your breathing that keeps you alive.
Your pure heart that is there to shine a light in this world.
You don't need anything else than yourself,
Your breathing and shining love and light.
Building confidence has everything to do with accepting that you're love and you're light.
You are perfect just like anyone else.
And through this society we learned a lot of different kind of perfect and beauty.
Which is just learned behavior.
And when we learn things we can also unlearn to come back to our essence of who we really are.
A bundle of love and light.
So let go of all the layers that you put on yourself by society,
By speaking negative towards yourself.
So with every inhalation,
Breath in the love and light that you are.
And with every exhalation let go of the negative thoughts,
The things you learned.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Let go.
Breathe in,
Feel love and light going through your whole body,
Your toes,
Your fingers.
And breathe out all the toxicity,
All the toxic that you have put in.
All the learning that is no longer serving you.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
You are perfect from the moment that you've born.
You are love and light in pure essence.
You are divine.
You're worthy of your own love.
You're worthy of positive thoughts towards yourself.
You are worthy to live your dream life.
You are worthy to feel confident.
Take a last deep breath in.
Fill yourself up with light and love and take a deep breath out.
Let go what is no longer serving you.
