Welcome to a new opportunity to tune in with yourself and reconnect to a calmer state of mind.

In today's practice,

We're going to follow our breath as it passes our energy system and bring a lightness to our body by giving it the inner guidance it needs.

I want to start by inviting you to close your eyes and settle down in a comfortable position,

Whether it will be sitting down,

Standing up,

Or perhaps laying down.

Today we're going to bring attention to what happens with the breath after it leaves our body.

Begin filling into your fingertips and hands.

Give your full attention to each one.

Moving slowly from one finger to another.

Notice your body's posture and try to help it by giving the support it needs before we get further into this meditation.

Let go of today's wonders and try to connect to something in your near surrounding.

Perhaps a sound,

A sensation in your body,

Or an object you know perfectly fine without having to look at it.

Sensor your focus to this only and think about it with each inhale and exhale.

Give it as much life as you possibly can.

Now,

Take a couple of deep breaths in,

Making sure your whole body rise with inhales,

Giving space and room for expansion of the stomach,

The diaphragm,

And the chest.

Once again,

Tune in with your body and see the sensations drawing your mental attention.

Fill up that space with the lightness of each inhale.

Feel the sensation with warmth and with the calmness of your conscious breathing.

Now,

I want you to collect your thoughts and focus them towards your breath.

The inhale and the exhale.

Follow each movement.

The inhale and the exhale.

And as you breathe out,

Follow the air as it leaves your nostrils and emerge into the space outside of your own being.

Imagine the exhale as a small bright dot leaving and gently moving further away into the space in front of you.

Join it as it takes a journey outside of yourself,

Exploring all possible directions.

Imagine a white endless space and observe the dot and its movements.

With loops,

Up and downs,

Circles and twirls,

Both big and small.

And see it moving in all dimensions.

Let it move slow and fast,

Smoothly,

Effortlessly.

Let it move slowly and fast,

Slowly and fast.

Make it travel as far as you can possibly give it life to.

With each exhale,

You give it more life and more power to move further and explore what is not yet touched.

Maybe it even leaves a trail like a shooting star in the night sky.

Inhale and exhale.

Where did you wander with that?

On what path did you take your expansion of breath and life?

On what road to infinity did your mind lead?

You see,

When we give ourselves permission to run freely,

We more often than not take unexpected turns,

Bumpy and uneven waves.

And yet it turns out so beautiful.

Still,

Our conscious mind keeps false beliefs of us taking wrong decisions,

Choosing the wrong path in life.

Totally unaware that that is the experience of life,

That is what we're here for.

We tend to strive for rather superficial goals when all along this is right where we need to be.

We turn in every possible direction.

Maybe even sometimes we do a loop and end up where we once started.

But as you notice so lively with our breath,

It is not defined as faulty or back at square one.

It's just a process of life and these turns are exactly what we need to give the next exhale a push into the unseen reality of our life.

Bear with it,

It will take you to beautiful,

Beautiful places.

Give your body a rest.

Let go of any focus and relax.

Think if you need to think.

Move if you feel like moving.

No restraints.

Allow your mind to do whatever it wants to do.

Start to become aware of your own self.

Start to become aware of now by exploring the gravitation's trace on your body.

Feel your body's weight.

Let your body move with a breath.

Give yourself a second to move toes and fingers before it's time to open our eyes again.

Thank you for this precious time spent.

Thank you for giving life to what was needed.

Bring your hands to your heart center and feel the warmth of your hands.

This warmth is what we need more of.

I'll see you next time.

Namaste.
