So settling into this moment,
This moment,
It's kind of noticing where we are,
Where we are,
How we're feeling,
We can close our eyes or leave them open,
Or leave them open,
Sensing into the body.
Just feeling around the head,
The arms,
Chest,
Just feeling around the head,
The arms,
Chest,
Just all around the body,
Just checking in.
Just seeing what we can notice,
And seeing what we can notice,
Not reacting to anything,
Not reacting to anything,
Just being with the body,
Just feeling around the head,
Maybe taking some time to sense into the belly as we breathe,
And places in the body that are touching the ground or the seat,
Just feeling around the head,
Noticing these different kinds of sensations all around the body,
Pressure or excitement,
Expansiveness,
Movement,
Or stillness.
Warmth or coolness.
Moisture or dryness.
Maybe noticing which parts of the body feel pleasant.
Which parts might feel unpleasant.
And as we sense into the body in this moment,
Sensing into what emotions may be here,
And is there an underlying emotion underneath the surface?
Can we honor these emotions?
Can we honor these emotions?
Can we honor these emotions?
Can we honor these emotions?
Acknowledging them.
That's okay to feel what we feel.
It's good to feel what we feel.
All right.
Knowing these emotions,
These sensations,
To keep changing on their own as they naturally do.
Allowing the mind to notice whatever is predominant in your experience.
Awake and aware right now.
May we bring the same caring curiosity to our experience for the rest of the day.
And maybe taking a deep breath or two.
Maybe sensing into the bottoms of the feet or our body on the seat.
And that.
Wiggling the fingers or toes.
And slowly opening the eyes whenever you're ready.
