I'm Sean Fargo.
One technique that's helped a lot of people fall asleep faster and with more ease is simply the practice of putting the right hand on the belly and the left hand on the heart as you lay down.
And bringing awareness to the hand as it rises and falls with each inhale and exhale.
And connecting with the heart and the chest as the left hand brings a nice soothing touch to the body.
And feeling the left hand as it touches the heart center over the chest,
Often a sense of love or compassion or an open heart will arise when the left hand is touching the heart center.
So this is a very simple practice that basically combines mindfulness of breathing with noticing the touch of the hands on the body,
Helping increase a sense of embodiment and heartfelt connection at the same time.
So if the situation is appropriate for you,
I invite you to lay down and either turn up the volume on your device or put on headphones.
It's helpful to lay down on your back with your feet outstretched,
With your right hand on your belly and your left hand over your chest near your heart.
Turning and manifesting facility with the entire body until fourth sense is written and referencing Frye butterflies.
Relaxing heat and energy by relaxing the body beats reducing shinyということで relaxing the muscles of the face and the jaw.
Feel closer attention,
By letting it flow simply as it flows the way we would usually like.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Feeling the body,
Softening any areas of tension.
Feeling a sense of ease in the body.
A sense of relaxation and comfort in the body.
And noticing the left hand on the chest,
Feeling a sense of care and warmth in the heart.
Feeling with the left hand,
Sense of love and care.
Holding yourself with care.
Feeling a sense of love in the body.
Sense of compassion and care.
With your right hand,
Feeling your belly as it breathes.
Feeling each inhale and exhale with your right hand.
Feeling the rise and fall of the belly as you breathe.
With your left hand,
Feeling care and love in your chest.
And with your right hand,
Noticing the rise and fall of each breath as you breathe.
