It's so natural to want to control, especially when we feel anxious. But the more we try to control, usually the worse we feel. Allow these affirmations for anxiety and releasing control to be absorbed into your subconscious. We'll repeat this set of affirmations three times to really give them space to be soaked in.

This meditation is here to allow you to soak up affirmations especially when you're finding yourself feeling anxious and needing to release control.

It is so human to want to control our surroundings,

Our circumstances and our life and it can be really difficult to feel as though we can surrender.

The more we try to control though usually the worse we end up feeling in the long run.

So you can listen to this as you're actually just moving around your house and doing something it can still be soaked up that way.

You can make some sacred space or you can even listen as you take a nap or fall asleep wherever you are allowing yourself to just take a gentle breather as we prepare to absorb these affirmations so taking a gentle deep breath in through your nose and taking your time to exhale out through your mouth releasing any stress any tension you're holding on to again another deep breath in through your nose allowing your shoulders to drop and releasing that tension and out through your mouth as you exhale and softening your shoulders some more allowing your jaw to relax and knowing that it is possible to move through life without needing certainty and without needing control listening to these affirmations and absorbing these words i am safe i let go of what i cannot hold i am not life moves forward in its own time i do not need to force anything i trust the natural rhythm of life rest is part of growth life unfolds beautifully i allow myself to surrender i am guided,
