Complete alignment.
Close your eyes and relax into yourself.
Take a moment to scan your physical body.
Tune into the subtle signals it has for you.
Notice in a gentle and loving way any sense of resistance,
Agitation,
Or tightening you feel right now.
Kindly work to the best of your ability to relax in those areas.
If some areas of your body resist relaxation,
Do not allow this to frustrate you.
Frustration will only lead to more tightness.
Instead,
Find ways to give those areas more comfort with pillows or supports so that they are encouraged to feel safe under your observation.
Take time here resting in this awareness of your body and make the necessary adjustments to feel supported and safe.
Now bring your awareness to your breath.
First,
Take a moment to see yourself breathe in your very natural,
Normal way,
Absent of interference.
If you find that this is challenging for you,
Allow your mind to experience that challenge without trying to change anything.
Imagine that you give space in a kind and gentle way to any frustration that arises.
Do not try to stop the frustration or control it in any way.
Read it as a loving teacher and then bring your awareness back to your breath again and again.
Breathe.
As you descend away from the surface of the material world,
Begin to exert effort towards modifying your breath.
Inhale through your nose in a gentle and relaxed way,
No strain or stress.
Inhale through your mouth long,
Slow,
Deep,
Smooth,
And soft.
Repeat this twice more and then resume this pattern of breathing with your mouth closed.
Exhale inhalations long,
Slow,
Deep,
Smooth,
And soft exhalations.
Now,
Let us breathe together.
Listen to the instructions before you begin.
Repeat the following phrases in sync with your breathing rhythm.
Inhaling,
Think the words.
Inhaling gently.
Exhaling,
Think the words long,
Slow,
Deep,
Smooth,
And soft.
Repeat the words inside of your mind as you breathe with me.
Try to follow my cue,
But do not worry if you fall out of sync.
This is your practice and it should manifest in whatever way is best for you.

Continue to breathe in this way,
Repeating the words inside of your mind without strain.
Let them naturally fade into the background.
At this moment in time,
Let go of effort.
Let go of the effort to keep the mind fixed on the breath.
Let go of effort in general.
Allow yourself to stay in this rested state as the words I am about to say penetrate deep into your mind.
Let this happen in a gentle and soft way.
If your attention wanders,
Do not be concerned.
Allow yourself to accept that it is enough to simply let these words penetrate deep into your relaxed,
Conscious mind.
Just listen.
Your life is being driven by an internal guidance system that is the accumulation of all that you have experienced in life up until this point.
This accumulation has created the proper conditions so as to manifest as certain beliefs that make up the quality and values of your internal guidance system.
This system is directing your life in subtle and obvious ways.
Sometimes this system drives you to act in ways that are beneficial and make you feel as though you are in full alignment with yourself.
At other times,
This guidance system causes you to think and act in ways that make you feel as though you are not yourself.
At these times,
You are out of alignment with you,
And this misalignment leads you to feel unnecessary stress,
Anxiety,
Depression,
Tension,
Guilt,
Shame,
Jealousy,
Greed,
Anger,
And more.
It is time to fix this misalignment.
You are here now with me for just such a task.
You are here listening to this recording,
Not by mistake,
But because you know that it is time that you find authentic alignment with yourself,
Not just in some areas of your life but in all areas.
To find authentic alignment,
The first step is to acknowledge the truth that you often act and think in ways that make you feel out of alignment with who you wish to be.
Make this acknowledgement to yourself inside of your mind in this moment,
In whatever way feels best to you.
You can say it or just simply feel the truth of the words that I am speaking.
Now that you have admitted to yourself that you act in ways that are misaligned to the you you wish to be,
It is time to take the next step.
Right where you are in this exact moment in time,
You must make the choice to wake up to the motivations and beliefs that this internal guidance system holds which are no longer serving you.
Wake up to this subtle programming and see how it is often the source of your pain.
As a part of this awakening,
Accept that you are not currently acting as a free agent but instead you are playing out the responses to experience that you have been conditioned to play out from the minute you were conceived.
Accept that the way that you behave in every moment of your life is being guided by this internal system.
Take the final step in our process now.
Make the choice to be very honest with yourself.
To get very clear with yourself and to find full authentic alignment across your life.
Make this commitment to yourself now and just listen to the truth of my words.
You are governed by the highest values possible.
You are motivated by endless compassion,
Infinite wisdom,
Gentle patience,
Overflowing generosity and endless unconditional love.
It is your chief aim in life to act for the benefit of the entire planet and all who reside here.
You make this choice knowing that in order to be a benefit to others,
You must first become a benefit to yourself.
You stop allowing your past to control you.
You let go of grudges,
Hostility and anger towards others.
You forgive anyone who has ever hurt you.
You forgive yourself for ever hurting anyone.
You step fully into your own power in this moment.
You come into complete and total authentic alignment with your highest ambition.
The ambition to be a positive,
Uplifting human being on this planet.
You see that jealousy,
Envy,
Rage,
Anger,
Hatred and the like are all products of how you have been conditioned to respond over the course of your life.
You know that these responses are misguided and uninformed about the truth of your highest potential.
You make the conscious choice to eliminate these poisonous emotions from your life.
You feel no fear in doing this.
You have no reason to defend yourself anymore.
You are safe and loved and whole and there is not a need to protect yourself from love and connection any longer.
From this moment forward,
You stop reacting on autopilot to the events in your life.
Instead,
You choose in each moment to respond with compassion,
Love,
Kindness,
Patience,
Understanding,
Acceptance and joy.
By making this shift,
You see your life open like a blooming flower.
Everywhere you look,
You see signs of love,
Signs of kindness,
Signs of generosity and joy.
Everywhere you go,
You make people feel comfortable to be who they are without fear of judgment.
You see people in their fullness,
Flaws included,
And you see yourself in this way as well.
Your values and beliefs simplify and thin out.
You no longer have so many boxes you fit people and places and experiences into.
You no longer feel so much separation.
Instead,
You see the world as completely interconnected and you see that the way you treat yourself is directly reflected outward in the way you treat everyone and everything around you.
In this awareness,
You make the choice to treat yourself only with love,
Not in a self-indulging way,
But in the compassionate,
Loving,
And uplifting way of a healthy and wise mother.
You take care of yourself.
You value yourself,
Your health,
And your wellbeing.
You value love and kindness and openness to others.
You value understanding and acceptance and compassion.
These values stem from the beliefs that you know you are lucky to be alive in this moment and that you are a divine reflection of infinite love.
This awakening is not solely for you.
You see this awakening as a benefit to all.
You awaken into your divine potential.
You clarify your highest ambitions,
Motivations,
Beliefs,
And intentions,
And you do so with one wish in mind.
The wish that you may be a benefit to this planet and all who reside on it from now until your final breath and beyond.
You are in complete alignment.
Let these words sink in in silence.
Breathe in long and slow.
Breathe out deep and gentle.
Repeat two more times.
Long and slow in,
Deep and gentle out.
Allow your breath to return to normal.
Begin to make small movements with your hands and feet.
Let your eyes blink open.
Stay here as long as it is necessary until you feel ready to get up and go about your day.
