Go ahead and find a comfortable position.

You can do this seated or lying down and then close your eyes if that feels safe.
And now take a deep breath in and let it out slowly.
Allow your body to settle,
Your mind to soften and your heart to open.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Steady and supportive.
Let it remind you that you are held just as you are in this moment.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more present,
More alive,
More connected to the essence of who you are.
Now,
Bring your attention to your heart center.
See if you can feel the gentle rhythm of your heartbeat,
A reminder of your humanity,
Your aliveness and your connection to all living beings.
With each beat,
Let yourself feel the truth.
You are human and that is enough.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Begin to imagine your business not as a separate entity but as an extension of your humanity.
Picture it as a living,
Breathing expression of your values,
Your creativity and your compassion.
Notice how it flows from you,
Like a river from its source,
Nourishing and sustaining all it touches.
Now,
Gently bring to mind the journey you've been on.
You've expanded your circle of compassion to include not just your family and friends but all of humanity,
All creatures and the earth herself.
You've stepped into the role of a change maker,
Ready to do business in a way that honors life.
You've released old beliefs about work and healed your relationship with it.
You've questioned assumptions and dared to imagine a new way,
A more human and humane way of doing business.
And you've also reconnected with nature and made space for her wisdom in your days.
Feel the power of this journey within you.
You are not the same person you were when you began.
You are awake,
Aware and ready to create something beautiful in you.
Now,
Let your imagination take flight and picture your business as a force for good in the world,
Seen as a space where humanity and all living beings thrive,
Where compassion,

Creativity and connection are at the heart of every decision.
Imagine your clients,
Your peers,

All uplifted by the energy of your vision.

My business is a reflection of my humanity.
It is a space where compassion,
Creativity and connection flourish.
I'm ready to reimagine what's possible.
And now expand your awareness to include the entire web of life.
Feel the interconnectedness of all beings.

Creating waves of positive change.
With each breath,
Feel yourself aligning with this deeper truth.
