Welcome to this morning meditation.
I'm Sarah Senecroce and I'll be your guide today.
Are you having one of those days?
I hope this meditation gives you some extra motivation and gets you off to a great day.
So go ahead and find a comfortable position,
Whether you're seated or lying down.
And now gently close your eyes if that feels safe.
And now take a deep cleansing breath in,
Inviting the newness of the day as you fill your body with fresh air.
And then exhale it all the way out,
Letting go of anything that's weighing on you.
Keep going and feel this breath settle you into a comfortable,
Easy rhythm.
Deep breath in and deep breath out.
Just keep going for two more breaths.
And now bring your awareness to your body.
Feel the temperature of the air on your skin,
The clothes that are touching your body.
And notice the surface beneath you that's supporting you.
And now bring your awareness to gravity,
This external force holding you,
Grounding you and connecting you to the earth.
Feel yourself fully supported.
You don't have to hold everything yourself.
Just let the ground support you.
Maybe today feels like a lot.
Maybe you're facing a mountain of tasks or challenges that seem to pull you in a hundred different directions.
But I want you to remember something important.
You can do hard things.
You have done them before and you will do them again.
One step at a time,
One moment at a time,
You move forward.
You don't need to leap up the mountain.
You just need to take one step after the other.
Now take a deep breath and really tune in to the strength in your body.
You are stronger than you think.
You are more capable than you believe.
And today you have everything you need to accomplish what's in front of you.
Really feel that deep sense of steadiness inside you.
You are grounded,
Powerful and ready for whatever comes your way.
Now imagine a path unfolding in front of you.
It's your path.
It's clear.
And as you take each step,
You feel a sense of purpose guiding you forward.
Every task,
Every challenge is just another opportunity to learn,
To grow and to show yourself what you're made of.
You don't need to do it all at once.
You just need to take that next step and then the next.
And trust yourself because you got this.
Take another deep breath in now.
And as you exhale,
Release any doubts or fears that might be lingering.
You don't need them today.
What you do need is already inside of you.
Your resilience,
Your focus,
Your kindness and care.
Feel that energy building inside of you.
You are capable and you are ready.
Today is a fresh start and you have the power to shape it however you want.
So go ahead and make it count.
You're doing great.
Another deep breath.
And now just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in your own personal inner sanctuary.
Feel your inner strength grounding you for the day ahead.
And now bring your awareness back to your breath.
And just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment,
Carrying with you that motivation,
That energy and that confidence to make the most of today.
