Welcome to this meditation which is a reminder that you are already enough,
Just as you are.
Start by taking a deep,
Calming breath in through your nose.
Feel your lungs fill completely.
Hold that breath for a moment.
And now slowly exhale through your mouth,
Releasing any tension or stress.
And now just let your breath flow naturally,
Deeply and evenly.
And with each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more relaxed,
More at ease.
Now imagine you're standing in a serene garden,
A place where you can just be.
Feel the earth beneath your feet,
Grounding you,
Supporting you,
Connecting you with Mama Earth.
Know that you are completely safe here,
Free from any judgment or expectation.
As you take another deep breath in,
Feel a deep,
Warm sense of self-acceptance filling your body.
Breathe in the truth that you are enough,
Not because of what you do or how you're perceived by others,
But simply because you are.
In this moment,
Let go of the need to fix or improve yourself.
And instead,
Just feel complete,
Whole,
Exactly as you are.
Now,
As you continue to breathe,
Silently repeat these affirmations after me.
I am enough,
Just as I am.
I am worthy of love and respect.
I honor my journey and trust in my own timing.
I release the need to constantly compare myself to others.
I choose to believe in my inherent worth and value.
Let these affirmations settle deeply within you,
Like seeds planted in fertile soil.
And trust that these seeds will grow,
Nourishing your spirit in the days ahead.
And now,
Slowly start to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes gently,
And notice the sensation of the surface beneath you.
And then you can gently open your eyes,
Carrying the calm and peace of this journey with you into your day.
