Welcome,

Friends,

To another journey of authoring hope.

Today with the theme of the full moon,

Illumination and release under moonlight.

As always,

We'll begin with a little meditation,

Then I invite you to do some writing with three journaling prompts,

And then we'll close out our journey with another moment of meditation.

So give yourself some time if you would like to gather a pen and paper or anything that will help you feel warm and supported.

You can close your eyes when you feel ready.

As we settle to pause and arrive in this wonderful moment,

It may be that the full moon shines above you.

It might be on its way.

Or you may simply wish to embrace the energy and light of the full moon at any time.

And whatever time it is for you,

In our mind's eye,

We will envisage a beautiful glowing light of the full moon.

A light that illuminates and reveals.

It may shine over the landscape.

It may shine over you.

It may even help guide our way as we explore our inner worlds.

Under the bright light of the full moon is a chance to recognize and celebrate.

To notice perhaps what has come to completion.

Maybe to see things a little more clearly.

So with no need to rush,

You can take a little stretch or wiggle.

You can open your eyes and when you feel ready,

You can take up your pen.

And our first of three journaling prompts is,

What has reached fullness and how can we honor it?

In your life,

At this time of the full moon,

What has reached fullness and how can we honor it?

I'll give you three minutes to write with that idea of what has reached fullness in your life.

It can be something very big or something very small.

Our second prompt is,

What can I release or let go of?

What can I release or let go of?

Take three minutes with this one too.

So as we come to our third and final prompt,

As always,

If you feel yourself in flow,

Don't let me interrupt you.

You can carry on writing in your own way.

If you are taken with a theme and a little moon.

But our third and final prompt is,

What clarity is emerging?

What feels clearer now than before?

At this time of the full moon and illumination,

What clarity is emerging?

What feels clearer now than before?

And you can keep writing or if you feel ready,

We'll finish up our sentences,

Our thoughts.

And you can put down your pen and we can come to close on our journey today.

We can close the eyes or let the gaze drift to the night sky.

Perhaps enjoy a lovely deep inhale through the nose and then sigh a big breath out.

Long exhales.

As we release at the time of the full moon.

Feeling perhaps a sense of lightness under that moonlight.

The full moon that shines upon us in our mind's eye can help us let go,

Reveal.

Allow us to release and let go of the chapters or journeys that have finished.

Allowing the future to remain open,

Possible,

Bright.

We may not see the whole path in front of us.

Perhaps the next steps,

The next moments might be illuminated or we may see them just a little more clearly.

One more time,

I invite you to take a lovely deep inhale and then sigh the breath out.

You can take a stretch or wiggle and we'll gently come back to the room and you can open the eyes when you feel ready.
