Welcome to the Higher Self Heart Communion.

Begin by making yourself comfortable,

Closing your eyes and bringing your hands to rest on your heart.

Make a strong intention to connect to your Higher Self.

Intend out loud or in your mind,

I want to connect to my Higher Self.

I want to hear the voice of my Higher Self.

I'm devoting this time now and creating sacred space to listen to my Higher Self.

Now,

Focus on your breath and your breathing.

Feel the sensation of your breath moving through your body,

Deliberately starting to slow and deepen your breath.

At the end of your next inhale,

Holding your breath for three seconds,

Then exhaling.

And at the end of your exhale,

Holding your breath again for another three seconds before inhaling.

Continue this cycle of focused breathing for the next few moments.

See if you can allow your breath to deepen with each inhale and allowing yourself on your exhale to really let go and to let go of anything that you need to.

Reassure yourself as you breathe.

I am safe now.

It is safe for me to relax now.

It is safe for me to go within now.

I give permission for myself to relax.

I give permission for my body to relax.

I give permission for my mind to relax.

Allow your breath to return to its own natural pace and rhythm,

Breathing in a way that feels good.

Remembering that your breath and your body are gateways to connect to your luminous Soul Self.

See if you can make your body even more comfortable.

Scanning your body and noticing where you might be holding on to any tension and really giving yourself permission to soften and relax.

Allowing your breath to help you.

Softening your face,

Softening your forehead,

Your eyes,

Relaxing and loosening your jaw,

Your shoulders.

Really softening your belly,

Relaxing,

Unclenching your glutes.

Allowing your arms to feel heavy,

Your legs to feel heavy,

Your whole body getting heavier and softer as you become lighter and lighter.

Sending love to your mind.

If there's any thoughts that come and go,

Any voices,

Just sending them love,

Allowing your awareness of the subtle to expand and heighten.

Really expanding your hearing,

Your presence,

So you can really notice becoming more intimate with what is going on within.

Coming to focus on your heart now,

Really grounding your attention and your awareness to the center of your heart.

Feeling the touch and texture of your hands on your chest,

Feeling and sensing what's happening underneath your hands.

Can you hear your heartbeat,

Its resonance,

Its rhythm,

Feeling its frequency?

It is through the heart that you can connect to the energy of all that is and all that you are.

It's the doorway to connect to your luminous higher self.

You might like to imagine that you can literally stand or sit in the center of your heart,

Feeling the vibration of love that resides here,

Emanating all the way around you,

Wrapping totally around you.

Imagining as you stand in your heart that your higher self comes to you now.

They reach out and hold your hands,

Feel this connection,

Trust in this connection.

Invite your higher self to guide you by intending,

Higher self,

Show me what I need to know.

I give commission for you to guide me in the way that I need.

Send me clear messages,

Signs,

Symbols,

Signals and omens to show me what I need to know now.

Acknowledge and be grateful for anything received.

Trust and know even if you didn't consciously receive anything or if it doesn't make sense to you yet.

Just know that you've planted seeds that will come back and return to you and clarify themselves when you're ready.

Take this moment to thank your higher self and to also honor yourself for giving yourself this time to connect.

Know that you can return here and call on your luminous higher self whenever you need.

Take some big deep breaths and allow your awareness to expand.

Becoming aware of the space around you,

Mother Earth beneath you.

Wiggling your toes and fingers and bringing some movement,

Some gentle movement into your body.

When you're ready,

You can then open your eyes and return to your day or evening.
