Feel the body beginning to settle and relax.
Feel it sinking heavily into the support beneath you.
Notice the weight of your head.
Feel your shoulders drop,
Your jaw and forehead soften,

Facial muscles going soft and subtle.
Feel the weight of your hips,
Your legs,
The body settling more and more.

Move your focus all the way down to your feet and toes.
Feel the cloud of Reiki wrapping around your back and looping up to hold your feet,

Powerful healing hands holding your feet.
Imagining as you breathe that you can breathe up this Reiki energy up through the soles of your feet,
Relaxing and soothing.
Feel your feet and toes relax.
Feel them letting go,

With each breath letting go that little bit more,
Allowing Reiki to move through your breath,
Inhaling exactly what you need,

Your skin and muscles absorbing the healing energy,
