Welcome to the Soulful Waters of Wisdom meditation practice.

I'm your guide Sarah Brooke from The Space Inbetween.

You can participate in this process by either lying down or sitting.

As you make yourself comfortable just gently wiggling and swaying your body from left to right.

As you wiggle and sway and rock this is just setting that signal to your body,

Your nervous system.

That it's time to relax.

As you move and wiggle opening and closing your hands,

Your fists a few times.

Squeezing your toes,

Your feet,

Scrunching and releasing them a few times.

Then bringing your body into stillness and taking some deeper than normal breaths.

Looking around your room,

Your space,

Orientating yourself and then gently closing your eyes.

Bringing your gaze,

Your focus,

Your presence within.

Noticing the feelings and the sensations within your body.

Really focusing and noticing your body.

Then becoming aware of whatever you're sitting or laying on and sensing Mother Earth beneath you.

Allowing your body to soften and relax even more deeply.

Feeling that it's as if Mother Earth starts to pull you more deeply into her magnetic field.

Welcoming you home.

Intending may Mother Earth upgrade and clear my grounding cord.

Then feeling,

Sensing,

Imagining a brand new channel of support.

Streaming up from the heart of Mother Earth to hold and support you.

In exactly the way that you need right now.

Imagining that you can look deep down through all the different layers and dimensions of Earth.

Deep down near her core.

There is incredible crystalline waters.

Water so pure,

Pristine,

Nourishing and rejuvenating.

Full of all of the goodness and yumminess that can enrich you to grow.

And not only that,

That can support you to really come home to the truth of who you truly are.

As you become aware of these waters.

Imagine that you can start to drink them up.

Running healing nourishing water up from the core of Mother Earth,

Her organic crystalline waters.

Feel these coming up as a beautiful channel of support and rejuvenation.

They come all the way up,

Up,

Up to the soles of your feet.

They begin to run up the central pillar of your energetic system.

Feel these waters,

This cleansing energy coming up through your feet,

Your legs,

Knees.

All the way into your hips,

Pelvis,

Perineum.

Here at the base of your spine and perineum sits your first energy center,

The base.

Visualize,

Intend that this healing cleansing water washes through your base.

Cleansing,

Clearing,

Balancing in exactly the way that your base center needs at this time.

As the base center is cleared,

A rush of energy and water shoots up the length of your spine.

All the way up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up to the very crown and tippy top of your head.

Where the water explodes and then cascades all the way around,

Down and through your physical body.

Feel the watery purifying light moving down in front of you,

Behind you,

To your left and right.

Supporting the energy field connected to your physical body,

Intending may my soul light emanate through my base.

Seeing,

Sensing,

Imagining a bright light now shining from the inside out through your first energy center.

Filling this part of you with your soul light.

Now feel the sacred waters beneath you beginning to build again.

This time they wash up the length of your body,

Your energy field and focus on your second energy center,

The sacral.

This is around the womb,

The hara center,

The lower belly and sexual organs.

Feel the purifying water cleansing,

Clearing,

Balancing this center.

Then feeling the healing cleansing water shoot up,

Up,

Up all the way to the crown of your head and a little bit above where it then explodes into light and water.

Washing now down and through your emotional body,

Cleansing,

Clearing,

Washing away anywhere where you might be tuning in to anyone else's emotional energy or static.

Being and acknowledging any emotions of your own that you're carrying and this healing water supports the flow,

The lightening of your emotional field.

Anything being released simply just washes down into the earth for recycling and renewal.

Then intending may my soul light emanate through my sacral now.

Feeling,

Sensing,

Imagining a light turning on in your sacral center.

Glowing from the inside out,

Beaming your soul light through your sacral.

Then feeling another blessing of the water from Mother Earth coming up through your central pillar,

Your pranic tube all the way up,

Up,

Up into your solar plexus.

The third energy center which sits just under your rib cage,

Around your stomach and spleen center.

Feel the energy here cleansing,

Clearing,

Balancing,

Opening this center to exactly what is right for you at this time.

Throughout all of this it is your inner wisdom,

Your intuition that's guiding the healing,

The release,

The attunement.

You know your intention focus is powerful.

Feel your solar plexus getting stronger and more stable as this water washes through it.

Feeling as that water shoots out to the crown of your head and bursting into a cascade waterfall of light.

This time washing through your mental field.

Washing away the thoughts,

Judgments,

Projections of others.

Washing away your own belief systems and ideas that you're ready to release.

Cleansing,

Clearing,

Lightening the mental field.

Then intending may my soul light emanate through my solar plexus now.

Then really feeling and sensing a beautiful bright light glowing from the inside out of your solar plexus.

Beaming the light of your soul through the center of your being,

From the inside out.

Feeling the healing nourishing waters of below now washing up into your heart.

The fourth energy center and center of love.

Feel the waters washing,

Clearing,

Cleansing the heart space,

The heart center.

Balancing it in exactly the way that you need at this time.

The watery energy moves up again to the crown of your head.

Then washes down and through the whole heart magnetic field.

Feel your heart field emanating 360 degrees all the way around you.

To the front,

Behind,

Left,

Right,

Top,

Bottom,

All of this being washed,

Cleansed by the waters.

These purifying waters supporting to wash away that which isn't of the light,

That which isn't of love.

All fears,

Worries,

Concerns,

Easily slip away pouring down into the earth for transformation,

Transmutation.

Then intending may my soul light emanate and glow from my heart.

Beaming from the inside out of my heart,

Feeling that more of your soul light that is ignited,

The more at home and at peace you become.

How nice it is to come home to yourself.

How nice it is to be supported by mother earth to come home to yourself.

Feeling now as the healing waters come up,

Up,

Up.

Now washing around your throat and neck space.

Clearing,

Cleansing the fifth energy center.

Cleansing,

Harmonizing,

Opening the throat to exactly what is right for you at this time.

And then feel as that stream of cleansing energy moves further up your central pillar pranic tube.

Coming all the way up,

Up,

Up to even higher above your head.

Through all of the different energy layers you've already worked through.

And then it cascades beautifully washing down,

Around and through.

Strengthening your auric field,

Strengthening the edges of your auric field,

The boundaries.

And then intending may my soul light emanate from my throat center.

Feel,

Sense and imagine a brilliant light,

The light of your soul emanating from the inside out through your throat.

And as it glows from here,

It glows through your whole auric field.

Feel how nice it is to take up space in your own energy field.

You have full permission to take up space in your energy field.

Feeling as your beautiful soul light just burns away anything that's inauthentic,

That doesn't belong to you.

That's not useful or helpful to you.

Now feeling more water coming up,

Flowing all the way up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up into your third eye.

The sixth energy center which sits at your brow,

At the center of your forehead.

And feel the water washing through your third eye,

Balancing,

Opening,

Supporting the third eye in exactly the way that you need right now.

Trusting your inner wisdom can do and direct to exactly what's needed here.

You know,

Feeling again as these waters move up and through,

Through higher levels of your energy field,

Your aura.

Now going up and through and washing through the part of your aura that's going to support you to open up perspective.

As each layer of your energy field is supported,

Again you get to really come home to you.

Intending now may my inner soul light emanate through my third eye now.

Feeling a beautiful light right in the center of your brain,

Turning on,

Glowing warmly with your soul light.

In exactly the way that feels good for you.

Not too much,

Not too little,

Allowing your inner wisdom to direct just the amount of soul light that you're ready for that feels just right to you.

Now feeling the waters of below washing all the way up through your pranic tube,

All the way up to the very tippy top of your head at your crown center.

Feel the sacred,

Graceful,

Purifying waters washing,

Opening,

Supporting this center.

Clearing out heaviness,

Stickiness,

Drossiness in this space.

As this center is supported,

Then the brilliant healing water can now wash all the way up to the expansive edges of your energy field.

Those parts of you that connected to your higher self,

Soul,

Source consciousness.

Intending may my soul light emanate from my crown,

Feeling that light glowing from the inside out,

Strengthening,

Supporting,

Filling your crown with you,

With the light of your soul.

I just feel this beautiful,

Clearing,

Purifying,

Graceful water continuing just to flow from the inside out,

Rushing up through your pranic tube and then coming out the top,

Washing down through and around you.

It's like taking a beautiful shower,

Feeling your energy field now,

Washed,

Clean,

Sparkly.

Feel each of your energy centers glowing from the inside out,

Feeling your aura full of your soul light,

Enjoying the feeling of coming home to yourself,

Enjoying the feeling of Mother Earth holding you exactly as you are in your unique harmonic frequency.

And taking this time to be with yourself,

To truly be and allowing any inner wisdom that needs to come through to come through.

If you have questions,

You may ask them,

If you have prayers or intentions,

You may seed them and also and very powerfully just take this time to be and to be in a space where you can deeply listen,

Where you can be in this space of deeper intimacy.

With your soul.

With your prayer,

It's allowing and intending that your aura comes nice and closely all the way around your physical body so that your creative power,

Your soul light is contained in a way that is really beneficial for you.

Dating,

Resetting your grounding cord,

Asking that Mother Earth bring up a fresh new grounding cord to support you in exactly the way that you need now and in exactly the way that whatever you're stepping into after this practice,

You will be supported by her.

Gently stretching,

Becoming aware of the space around you and when you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes and looking around your room,

Coming back,

Reorientating yourself and noticing how do I feel within myself now compared to before.

And is there any wisdom that I need to acknowledge,

You may wish to integrate this by taking notes in your journal or a notepad of anything that you wish to remember.
