So to settle in,

Let's invite in the sound of the bell.

Please close your eyes.

And let the bell just bring you further down deeper into yourself,

Into your body,

Into your being.

Just as we had three soundings of the bell,

Let's take three clearing breaths to clear out any anything that we were doing prior to coming here today.

So inhale through our nostrils.

Going up as much as we can with breath.

Long,

Full,

Deep exhale through the mouth.

Inhale through the nostrils.

And exhaling through the mouth.

And exhaling through the mouth.

Now let your breath regulate without any force,

Just letting it slip back into your body.

Now let your breath regulate without any force,

Just letting it slip back into a rhythm that feels right,

That also feels conscious.

And perhaps the bell,

Perhaps the breaths help to draw you down and in closer to your hara,

To your center.

Just feeding your center with your breath.

Allow any tension in your body to melt a little bit or a lot.

Allowing your body to be met by the support that's beneath you,

Behind you,

Around you.

And then let your breath regulate without any force,

Just letting it slip back into your body.

Not just changing it or getting rid of,

But just relaxing into,

Allowing it to be here.

And the same with your mind,

Allowing thoughts to relax.

Releasing your grip on following them,

On hooking onto them.

Become more present to the space around you,

Maybe hearing sounds around you.

Noticing the temperature of the air around you.

And then with your attention in your belly,

In the space of your womb,

Either physical and or energetic,

Drop a grounding cord down through the base of your body,

All the way down,

Down,

Down,

Down even more,

Deep into the center of the earth.

Attach the other end of that cord snugly to the center of the earth.

And then you're going to feel yourself really tethered,

Really held to the earth.

And then we'll exhale and breathe this earth energy up to the grounding cord.

And we'll exhale and let that earth medicine be stored in the belly.

And from there it will be distributed to wherever it's needed in your body,

In your being.

Continue this earth breathing for several more breaths.

And then we'll exhale and breathe this earth energy up to the center of the earth.

And then we'll exhale and breathe this earth energy up to the center of the earth.

And then we'll exhale and breathe this earth energy up to the center of the earth.

You're not doing anything wrong.

You shouldn't be somewhere else.

You're exactly where you need to be,

Exactly where you're supposed to be at this point in your life,

At this point in your journey.

Let's rest here a little bit longer,

Breathing into your center,

Breathing into the center of your life,

Trusting your life.

And then we'll exhale and breathe this earth energy up to the center of the earth.

Breathing in the experiences of your life right now.

Breathing out your trust and your presence and your willingness to be in the life that is yours and only yours to live.

Breathe in the experience of your life.

Breathe back out your trust for your life.

Take five more at these breaths.

It's really connecting with your life as it is,

Your willingness to meet your life as it is.

And after your fifth breath,

You can let the breathing relax.

And then slowly open your eyes and relax your gaze on a point somewhere in the room that could even be like a few feet out in front of you or a little bit out a window.

And then you can let your eyes move around the room,

Taking in the objects,

The light,

The colors,

Textures around you.

And then as you're ready,

Coming back into this space.
