Today I want to talk about unpleasant thoughts.
We may have situations or people or things that we don't like so much in our lives,
That are still part of our current reality or that were part of our reality in the past and that we struggle to erase them from our minds.
We may think that some thoughts are more difficult to stop thinking than others,
But in the end they are all the same,
They are all thoughts.
So what to do when we keep thinking about something that brings our vibration down and ruins our daily life?
I am about to give you the key to unlock and to transform all of your thoughts,
Good or bad,
Into something helpful and productive.
Instead of pushing away our thoughts or trying to ignore them or reacting at them,
We embrace them all and we let go of any judgment about any of those thoughts.
Then all we have to do is to transform each of them,
One at a time,
Into fuel for our expansion and progress.
I give you an example.
Let's say that I am thinking about a great friend of mine that I love very much.
As I'm thinking these thoughts,
I can feel the joy of having such a blessing in my life and so I intensify those feelings by appreciating my friend even more in my imagination,
By thinking of the great abilities that they have or of the great things that they particularly bring into my life.
Easy,
Right?
Now let's imagine that I am thinking about a friend that I used to have or that I still have that I don't like or that I didn't like.
This seems harder,
Right?
But it is exactly the same.
If I manage to skip the judging part of labeling the situation as good or bad,
Which sometimes only brings more pain and attachment,
I can focus on how that person contributed to my progress and expansion.
So for example,
I may think that the fact that they are gone is a blessing because now I feel free or that because of them being the way they are,
It shows me how much I appreciate the opposite qualities in other people.
And then I focus on the people who have those qualities and I find ways to feel grateful for having them in my life.
Instead of judging and keep on thinking how bad that person was or is and attracting more and more thoughts with the same vibrational level,
We just feel the thought in order to identify its level of frequency and we immediately follow what makes us happier.
You see how this works?
This is like processing food.
When we eat,
The food that we eat transforms in cells and other parts of our bodies,
Despite of what we decide to eat,
Right?
It is the same in what comes to thoughts.
They are all thoughts,
Despite of what we are thinking.
And in the end,
What we feel is what actually matters the most.
So instead of using only some of the thoughts to feed our purpose,
Our evolution,
Ourselves as souls,
And the rest of them as a destructive weapon that kills our dreams and creates resistance,
Why not using all of them for the exact same purpose that only benefits us?
All we have to do is to maintain or to raise the frequency of each thought,
Depending on its nature,
According to how we feel every time we think them.
Now,
In order to use this technique,
We have to become conscious of our own thoughts.
I mean all of them.
The more we manage to do this,
The more we are capable of then transform each of them into food for our happiness and inner peace.
And don't worry,
Because with time,
This gets easier and easier until it becomes so natural that we do it instantly without even thinking.
So today,
Let's be the conscious creators of what our minds deliver.
Let's convert every mental low vibration into a higher frequency of joy,
No matter the circumstances that we are facing.
Let's focus on our main goal,
Which is to manifest our dreams into this dimension,
To create the life that we want and deserve,
To smile,
To feel good and safe in our skin,
To be our best version,
To elevate ourselves and to step into the beauty of our unlimited power to create our reality.
