I am healthy. My physical body is healthy. All of my body is functioning extremely well. I am full of energy. I feel better than ever. I have never felt so well in my entire life. My internal organs are in perfect balance. My bones are strong and healthy. My muscles are well developed and healthy. All of my body is well structured. My skin is shining. All parts of my physical body are healthy. I can see, Hear, Smell, Touch and taste properly. I am shining from inside out. I can feel how I am well connected to the sky and to the earth. My body is well proportionate. I feel amazed by the shape of my body. Everywhere I go, People can sense and see how healthy and shiny I am. I have a big smile on my face and that is because I feel extremely well, Healthy and balanced. All of my body is at ease. I can feel the easiness of my entire body. I can see how easy it is for my body to heal itself and keep healthy in the face of any obstacle. I love my body for its strong ability to heal itself so well. I can see and feel my body functioning extremely well. It is amazing how my physical body is so intelligent. My body is always on my side. I have a deep connection with my body. I can feel my body deeply. I know that my body is perfect and capable of showing its strength at any time. Every day I feel light and healthy. I can see how beautiful my entire body is every time I look in the mirror. My body is gorgeous. It reflects the light that I am. I am happy that I can trust my body. I know that my body is doing a great job. I know that my body is doing its own mission of taking care of itself. I trust that all is well inside and out. I trust that my body heals itself. I love that my body works so well. I love that my body is divinely guided and protected. I shine inside and out. Every day I glow of pure beauty and love. I am healthier than ever.

So wonderful !
When I was 4 yrs old I cut my thumb on a toy truck and it was bleeding. I was so upset and was crying because my thumb was bleeding and I thought my thumb was going to be that way for the rest of my life. I showed my older sister and she put a bandage on and told me my thumb would heal in a few days.
It was then I realized what a miracle our bodies were to heal and be ok again. I have been grateful for my body since.
We all need reminders of what we are from time to time.
