My name is Sangeet and today I want to tell you a special message.
Sometimes we doubt,
We fall into something unpleasant,
Or we get hurt,
Or we simply get bored or impatient.
Whatever the case is,
Every time we step into lower vibrations,
We may sense a feeling of hopelessness.
But just know that all of that is temporary.
It is a temporary illusion.
We are amazing beautiful beings,
No matter what,
Even when we don't see any light,
We still have the capacity to shine.
I was giving a yoga class on the other day,
And an interesting thought came into my mind.
People were continuously keeping one particular posture,
Right in front of me,
Despite how challenging it was for them,
Without knowing for how long more they would have to stay in that position.
Yet I knew I was in control of the time,
I knew that in 5 seconds it would be over,
But they didn't know,
And still,
They stayed,
Waiting for the moment in which I would bring an end to that.
They did it because they trusted.
They trusted that everything was in their favor,
And that the challenge would eventually come to an end.
It is exactly what happens in everything else,
Between us and the universe.
Even during challenging times,
We trust,
We trust the universe.
We have no idea for how long the challenge will be in our lives,
But we keep on shining,
Because deep inside we know that we are bigger than any pain or suffering.
So next time you feel any resistance,
Let it be,
Let the universe whisper its magical words.
Maybe everything is just about to change for the better,
Maybe it is a matter of only 5 seconds,
You don't know,
So trust,
Trust that the moment of relief and happiness and joy is coming fast and even sooner than you thought.
