We'll begin by getting comfortable,
Placing your hands in your lap,
Feet flat on the floor and taking a deep breath in and out.
Breathing deeply into your abdomen and letting go as you release.
Breathing deeply once again,
Allowing your abdomen to expand,
Allowing your ribs to expand,
Allowing your chest and shoulders to expand and relaxing as you breathe out,
Letting go,
Feeling a deep sense of relaxation throughout your body,
Feeling warm and calm,
Feeling comfortable and relaxed.
We'll begin by calling on angels,
Zadkiel,

To be present and to connect with each of us now,
Feeling any slight shifts of energy in and around you,
Welcoming the angels into your presence,
Thanking them for being with you.
So Tuul first steps forward,
Standing in front of you,
Tuul assists in grounding your energy,
Making sure that you're connected deeply with the earth and that your energy is balanced and aligned.
Next,
Haniel steps forward,
Standing in front of you.
Haniel helps you to open your heart to receive,
Allowing your heart center to blossom open in preparation for what you are about to receive.
And next,
Zadkiel steps forward,
Standing in front of you.
Zadkiel offers alignment with divine abundance,
Allowing you to align your energy with divine abundance and to be in the flow.
So as you feel this divine energy flowing through you,
Your heart center begins to glow brightly,
And this warm,
Pleasant glow within the center of your chest begins to expand.
And with each breath,
The bubble expands a little bit bigger,
And each out-breath,
The light within this glowing heart center gets even brighter.
So breathing in,
Allowing the bubble of light to expand,
Filling your chest,
And breathing out,
Seeing the light glowing brighter.
Breathing in,
Feeling the radiant light expanding to fill your entire body,
Breathing out,
Seeing the light glowing brighter.
Breathing in,
Feel the light expanding outwards,
Feel it radiating out to fill the room that you're in.
Breathing out,
Seeing the light glowing brighter and brighter.
Breathing in once again,
See the light expanding now to fill the entire building that you're in.
Breathing out,
See the light glowing brighter and brighter.
And sit in this energy for a moment.
Allow it to anchor into the area that you're in.
And then beginning to breathe into it once again,
Allowing the light to radiate out as you breathe in,
Filling your entire neighborhood with this glowing,
Radiant light.
And as you breathe out,
The light continues to glow brighter and brighter.
Breathing in,
Seeing yourself looking down on the light as it expands out to fill your town or your city where you're living.
See yourself looking down as if from above,
From up above,
Seeing this light that is radiating out from you,
But seeing it from the perspective of your higher self.
And breathing in once again,
See the light expanding now,
Radiating out in all directions to fill the entire country that you're in.
And as you breathe out,
See and feel the light glowing brighter.
And on your next breath,
As you breathe in,
The light expands once again,
This time filling the entire world,
Encapsulating the earth and all its inhabitants.
See the light surrounding the entire earth,
Sending blessings to everyone and to every living thing.
See yourself looking down on the earth as if suspended in space and see the soft golden glow that encapsulates the earth.
See and feel all its inhabitants receiving the blessings of this light.
See the light emanating from everyone and everything.
See the light emanating from everyone and everything.
And then you breathe once again and the light expands even more.
And this time the light expands out from the earth,
Out towards all the planets within the solar system,
Filling the entire solar system with this radiant glowing light.
And as you breathe in,
The light expands even more.
You see the light radiating out to fill the entire galaxy.
The light continues to expand and continues to glow brighter and brighter.
And as you breathe in once again,
The light emanates out,
Filling the entire universe to the farthest reaches of the universe.
And it keeps expanding and growing until you reach what seems like the edge of the universe,
Where there is only light.
This pure white light,
Where everything is silent,
Everything is peaceful,
Everything is still.
This pure light of love,
This divine light,
The light of the creator.
And you see the light expanding out to the farthest reaches of the universe.
You dissolve into this light.
Your light merges with this light.
And you feel the sense of oneness,
The sense of peace,
The sense of being all things,
The sense of being everyone and everything through all of time.
And you acknowledge that this light is you and you are this light.
There is no separation and yet you are still you,
But you are an expanded version of you.
A whole,
Complete,
A worthy version of you,
A loving version of you.
The version of you who is in need of nothing,
Who has everything.
And resting in this space,
Resting in this knowledge,
Resting in this knowingness.
And as you merge with this light,
You feel such freedom,
Such bliss.
You feel like you're home.
And you connect deeply with the light,
With your source,
With this aspect of you that has always been complete and whole and pure,
That has never left this space.
That has never left this space.
And you take this back with you as you return through time and space,
As you return to the universe of matter and depth and physicality,
As you speed your way back through the galaxies,
Arriving back at your solar system and seeing the earth in all its beauty.
And see yourself speeding towards the earth,
Towards your country,
Your city,
Your city,
Your neighborhood,
Towards your home,
And back in your body,
In the present moment.
But feeling all of the energy of expansiveness,
Of abundance,
Of wholeness,
Of being complete and pure,
The energy of oneness,
The energy of everyone and everything held within you,
That sense of peace.
Taking all of this with you,
Wrapping it up and placing it inside your heart center,
And you see that glowing ember within your heart center,
Continues to glow brightly.
When you're ready,
Taking a deep breath,
Breathing deeply into your heart,
Allowing it to expand,
And relaxing on the out-breath.
Breathing deeply once again,
Filling your body with fresh oxygen,
Relaxing as you breathe out,
Beginning to reconnect with your body,
And your mind.
Before you open your eyes,
Feel a beautiful sphere of light all around your body,
A glowing bubble of light that encapsulates your energy,
That protects your energy.
And then bringing some gentle movement back into your fingers,
Your toes,
And coming back into the room when you're ready.
