Planting a seed in my subconscious mind.

Today I will plant a positive seed in my subconscious,

Taking a deep inhale,

Holding this precious breath for a count or two,

And then letting it go makes room for a tiny special seed of intention.

My seed starts germinating with the words I am,

And organically the rest of the sentence will grow into something beautiful and something meaningful,

Like I am enough,

Or I am plenty,

I am loved,

I am present,

I am at peace.

I will repeat this ten times,

Counting with my fingers.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

Slowly I notice a place in my heart and mind opening to new growth.
