You may listen to this meditation to send you into a deep and healing sleep, or to restore your body and chakras at any point in the day. In this practice, we visualize a reflection of our body made of pure light and eventually allow the light to absorb into our body. This will leave you feeling deeply connected with yourself and relaxed. Hope you enjoy!

Transcript

Lay down wherever you are.

Allow your legs to be separated and your arms to rest with palms facing up.

Shavasana Let your feet and hands relax into their natural positions.

You may use any props you desire.

Maybe a support for the head.

The knees.

Maybe a blanket draping over you.

To start this practice,

Allow yourself to shift and fidget as much as you need to until you find a place of true comfort.

If you haven't already,

As you exhale,

Release yourself into stillness.

Arrive into your body and breathe.

Let the muscles in your face soften.

Allow the jaw to hang heavy and feel how that draws down and releases the muscles up your face.

The cheeks,

Eyelids,

Eyebrows,

And forehead.

Allow even the scalp to soften.

Let your breath travel effortlessly in and out of your stomach.

Feel the gentle rise of the abdomen with each inhale and the gentle fall with each exhale.

Rest in the space behind the eyes.

Open your senses.

Gaze into the backs of the eyelids.

Taste the inside of your mouth.

Smell the aromas of the air entering your nose.

Feel your clothes in the air touching your skin.

Listen to the space you're in with your whole body.

Seeing each pore on your skin breathing.

Contracting with each inhale and condensing with each exhale.

Now notice a light forming above you.

As the light gradually grows brighter and bigger,

You notice something unique about this light.

The light grows and shifts to make the exact shape of your own body laying beneath it.

A perfect reflection of your body made of pure light resting on the ceiling above you.

Don't worry if you can't see this right away.

You can trust that your light reflection is already there.

Notice light beams coming down from your light,

Lighting up every inch of your body.

Feel the warmth and healing energy as you allow these light beams to soak into your cells.

Being the perfect reflection of you,

As we begin to activate the chakras,

You will see that reflected on the light above.

Bring your attention now to the base of your spine,

The space between the sit bones,

The root chakra.

Feel the pulsing sensations here,

Gentle or strong.

Notice any color that you see,

Maybe a deep reddish color.

Repeat to yourself,

I am safe and supported.

Not just saying the words,

But truly feeling their meaning.

Feel how safe and secure you really are.

If you are able to lay down and listen to this meditation,

You are very safe and secure right now.

Now bring your attention to the red light that is formed in the reflection above you.

The perfect mirror of the chakra within you.

Notice how both the red lights are feeding each other,

Shining onto each other,

Growing stronger together.

Moving your attention up the body to the lower belly,

About two inches beneath the navel and the sacrum,

Your sacral chakra.

Feel the pulsing sensations here and notice anything else that comes up.

Maybe seeing an orange hue in your mind's eye.

Repeat to yourself,

I am joyful and creative.

I am worthy of pleasure.

Feel the senses of joy,

Creativity and pleasure take over your body.

Now bring your attention to the orange light formed in the sacral area of your light reflection,

Mirroring your body perfectly.

Watch as the orange lights reflect onto each other and allow each other to grow in strength.

See both the orange and red lights shining onto each other.

Let your attention float up the body now to your solar plexus,

About two inches above the navel.

Feel the heartbeat of your belly and notice any other sensations.

Maybe starting to see your vision take on a yellow tint.

Repeat to yourself,

I am confident in who I am.

I am worthy of great things.

Allow the feeling of worthiness to take over your body.

As you know this to be true on a deep and cellular level.

Notice the yellow light in your belly reflect onto the U-shaped light above you.

Watching how these yellow lights feed into each other and grow more and more powerful together.

Your bottom three chakras lit up in your body and on your reflection shining onto each other.

You're now moving up to the center of your chest,

Your heart chakra.

Feel the unique rhythm of your own heartbeat.

Your vision taking on an emerald green color.

Repeat to yourself,

I am compassionate with myself and others.

I am grateful for all of my blessings.

Feel the sensations of compassion and gratitude take over your body.

See the emerald light shine onto its reflection above you.

Both emerald lights allowing the other to shine even brighter.

Your bottom four chakras shining onto each other,

Feeding each other.

Let your attention move up into the throat center,

Your throat chakra.

Notice the pulsing sensations here and anything else that you feel.

Your vision now shifting into a bluish color.

Repeat to yourself,

I am honest in my communications with myself first and therefore others.

Feel honesty and truthfulness permeate through yourselves.

Watch as the blue light in your throat shines onto the blue light in the throat of your light reflection above.

Blue lights pulsing in unison with each other.

Your root,

Your sacral,

Solar plexus,

Heart,

And throat chakras all pulsing together,

Shining onto each other.

Imagine now coming up your face and into the forehead,

The space between the eyebrows,

Third eye chakra.

Watch the deep pulsing of your third eye and notice how this affects the rest of your body as well.

Internal vision now turning to a deeper blue purple color,

Indigo.

Repeat to yourself,

I see myself clearly.

I trust my inner guide and highest self.

Feel a deep sense of trust in yourself.

Take over your body.

See how this indigo light is reflected above you.

The lights pulsing into each other.

Almost all your chakras now pulsing into each other.

Finally,

Bring your attention to the tip of your head,

Your crown chakra.

Feel the pulsing of this chakra along with the rest of your energy centers down your body.

Notice what color you see in your mind's eye.

Maybe a silvery violet light.

Repeat to yourself,

I am connected clearly to source energy.

I am in tune with the energy that is the source of all life.

I am that energy.

Let a deep sense of stillness take over your body.

Watch this light be reflected above you.

Both crown chakras pulsing and growing together.

All chakras pulsing into their reflections above.

Feel all the energy in your body flowing freely.

Now watch as the U-shaped light with all its glowing chakras starts to slowly sink down towards you,

Coming closer and closer to your body,

Feeling it as it comes closer and closer to your body.

Focusing just above you now,

All chakras in their reflections resting on each other.

As you exhale now,

Allow this light to sink down further,

Soaking into your body.

Chakras combining with their matches,

Light attracting light.

Light soaking into every single cell,

Charging you up even more.

Your body becoming one with its light reflection.

Allowing this light to stay within you,

Pushing out whatever is in your body that doesn't align with this light.

Allowing this practice and its messages to soak into your subconscious.

Allow yourself to rest in silence,

Letting this deep healing take place.

Trust that you have done everything that was needed of you and this practice has worked to cleanse,

Restore,

And realign your body,

Mind,

And soul with that of pure and unconditional love.

Trust that these messages are deep within your subconscious and will be guiding your thoughts and actions to always align with the highest good.

If you would like to drift off into sleep,

You may end this meditation and do so now.

If you would like to gently wake from this practice,

You may allow my voice to guide you.

Begin to call air back into the body.

Wiggle the fingers and toes,

Rock your head from side to side.

Maybe reach your arms overhead and take a big morning stretch.

When you are ready,

Roll into a fetal position on one side,

Pausing for a moment here to honor this primal position.

As you are ready,

Gently push your top hand into the ground and bring yourself to a seated position.

Eyes remaining closed,

Bring your hands to prayer at heart center.

Gently bow your head to your highest self and thank yourself deeply for taking the time for this healing practice.

May you bring this love into everything you do and to everyone you see.
