This practice uses guided imagery of healing lights and affirmations to activate your chakras, bringing healing sensations to the body. This is best listened to while laying down in bed, at the start or end of your day. The intention of this meditation is to awaken the healer that resides within you. As you call forth these healing lights and repeat these messages to yourself, allow your body to fully rest and soak in the healing space you are creating for yourself. Namaste
